I don’t mean to be harsh s it sounds like you’ve been through lot.  But doing all she’s done in a relatively short time sounds very impulsive or possibly bipolar.  By taking poorly thought out actions she’s messing up her options.  I wouldn’t invest more money in a new plan given the recent track record.

I will be able to hook you up. In a previous post it was suggested I become a marriage officiant as I live in Las Vegas. I have applied, passed background check already, and I will be licensed on August 7th, 2019 after I take the official class done by the county clerk's office. I am going to offer to marry people from VJ here, especially the K1's that are looking for a quick legal marriage to satisfy the requirements. I am in Las Vegas, if you drive in on a weekday or fly in, I will pick you up at the airport, run you to the license bureau 77.00 later you have your license, I can marry you wherever you want to in Clark county. I'll marry you on the steps of the license bureau if you want, then as I understand how important it is to get certified copies of your marriage certificate, I will take you, or meet you at the clerk's office, we will register the marriage, and you can buy you official copies then and there right after I file it. I can have the whole process done in 3-4 hours if needed. I see lots of people and posts about running out of time to get married, and as long as they can get to Las Vegas within 90 days, I will help them out.
You can prefill the marriage license application online, and it will save even more time as you can go straight to the window, pay and go. Depending on traffic, could get everything done in under 2 hours I bet. 
Feel free to message me when you are ready, and I'll help you out. You might be my first marriage depending on when you can get here... LOL. But like others have said, LA county is a 3-4 week wait for the certificate, where in Vegas you can have it in hours. If my wife isn't working she said she would be a witness if you don't have one available also. She is excited to help people in the same boat as we were when she came on a K1 back in November 2018. I could use all the good karma I can get. LOL. 

If you are concerned about strangers on the internet being able to find red flags with your immigration history simply from previous postings, then you are about to have tough road ahead. USCIS probably has a huge file on you based on the many previous visas you applied for. Those cases don't just disappear when they get denied. They are saved and reviewed every time you file for a new visa. And your previous filings may be taken into consideration.
 
Basically, we are trying to tell you that you are under immigration's microscope and the more you attempt a new way to get a visa the harder it get for you to get one. May be best to reevaluate your plan on immigrating to the US at least for the immediate future.

"Still figuring it out" is not gonna fly. It is not a selection of items you can pick off a menu.
 
Yes there are a lot of people who apply for asylum but have you seen the approvals? Asylum has a high rate of denials. It is because of the high amount of fraud. Which, if you are saying things like your are "figuring it out", it means you don't have a legit reason and this will raise suspicion.
 
So if you haven't "figured it it" by now, I can tell you now applying would be in vain because you will likely get denied.

That is the vast majority of us on VJ, for varying amounts of time.  Personally, my fiancé (now husband) and I were long distance (11,000 km!) for over three years.  Many have been apart for much longer.

I am beginning to think it should be !!

If you have your friend has evidence, he should submit it.  And then move on and live his best life.
 
He doesn't get to exact revenge on her for cheating by influencing her immigration status.  She's not a toy he can punish because she didn't behave in the way he wanted.

we’re in a similar situation and have pretty much the same timeline. I scheduled my medical once I got the notification from NVC with the STK number provided. 

She actually wants to have the time at home to get her life in order because I rushed her the first time. Being homesick and having no desire to be here just adds up to a bad situation so I'm supportive of her taking the time even though it is hard.

Nah, didn't bring anything apart from proof of vaccinations I have had, my case number, two passport style photos, ID that was never asked for and money to pay. 
 
You get a form where you fill in every issue you have/had (it's a long list of boxes you check). For me for instance the only box I put a check mark on was that I wear glasses/contacts. No other issues, the Doctor (in Gbg) didn't ask for any journals or anything like that, he barely looked at my vaccination records. 

Not needed. Not unless you're currently being treated against something major I believe. But in general not needed. 

So our petition was approved last week and been sent to NVC. Right now I am trying to collect all the papers needed for the next step. 
I read somewhere that you need to bring your medical journal to the medical examination however I didnt see that stated on the official information from the US embassy in Sweden. Did any of you request it from the archives to bring copies of it for the medical? Or how does it work?

I am sorry about your situation and that your fiancé has suddenly gotten cold feet. I have no intentions of coming off wrong, but exactly what your finace is doing is why we have to go through the long process of getting approved. All the money and time spent on getting her to the states only to say, never mind for now? I just don’t understand how someone doesn’t process these thoughts before ever stepping foot in our country. One of the many reasons we have to proove so much about our love lives, so uscis can assume everything will go as planned. All the people that waited in line behind your finance and then she says, not ready? Sorry but this touches a sensitive spot.
