Late Feb approvals pouring in, yet many early Feb filers still waiting.... What is going on?

I don't get emails every time, I get text messages. Is there a way to cancel the one time password?

Speaking of the dates: it’s not really that important, but which NOA1 date did you guys pt in your VJ timelines? Is it

1) the receipt date on the NOA1 - that would be Feb 16 for me 

2) the day it says “we received your application...” on the NOA1 - that would be Feb 12 

3) the received day on the new website - that would be Feb 15

Okay how do you delete those one time passwords? I've checked everywhere and can't seem to find it. 

Submitted date is Feb 9th

Received date is Feb 5th

Not sure what receipt date is, I have double check that.
