Yea so turns out it's a friend of my wife's friend, not my wife's direct friend.  A misunderstanding.
So I'm waiting for my wife to talk to her friend, so she can ask her friend these questions.  But seems they don't talk all the time.
 
Ya try to help, and then have to wait lol.  Her friend said that this woman was going to try and talk to a lawyer.
 
I appreciate all the comments and I will definitely report back when I get more information.

Pinkrlion, thank you for the comments.  I assume she should still probably consult with an attorney?  I believe she would need help in doing things properly and getting evidence to prove the marriage was legitimate.
 
Family, I see what you are saying, so maybe I wasn't given all the information /  correct information .  I was told she has been living here for 5 years and recently applied for the 10 year green card and has the extension letter.  And is eligible and wants to apply for citizenship.  So not sure of any other details at this time.  Will have to get more information.

Thanks I actually talked to JFK and looked into testing at the airport, but they give rapid tests which are not acceptable.  Singapore and Cambodia want a PCR test, and those take 24 to 48 hours so I don't think we could get a test at the airport before traveling.  That would be great though.
 
I guess I'll just have to be on pins and needles until she returns home, hoping it all goes smoothly and she doesn't miss any planes. 

Thank you.  Yea definitely will be a lot of paper.  Especially since I always make 2 copies so I have a complete hard copy of everything sent.

Thank you for the responses.  Looks like best to include everything.  I'll go back and print the missing pages from what I printed so far.  Really wish 2 sided was an option.  Anyway thanks, I rather do the most I can to prevent RFEs.

Every embassy is different.  Some require a wet signature on the affidavit of support and some do not.  Most likely everything else is fine as copies (accept your original ID's, passport, etc. which they will want to see).
 
You said he e-mailed you everything.  I would suggest going to a print shop and printing everything out today for the interview.  Worst case, they request you send them the original signed affidavit and hold the visa until they receive it.

I never got a response from this however my fiancee just got approved at her interview and no questions were asked in regards to the i-134 so I assume it was good.
 
Note that I see a new form was just released.  The old form is still good until May, but if you haven't sent yours in yet I would say to just re-do it with the new form to be safe.
 
The A-number is the number from the NOA2 next to the beneficiary's name
 
For Page 4, Part 3 I put my fiancee's information.
 
For Page 4, Question 38, for intend, I put N/A and did the rest of what I describe above.
