We applied for AOS last October and neither me"beneficiary" and petitioner"my husband" received a NOA2 we submitted nvc letter and explain about not having a NOA2 or A number and yay aos interview is tomorrow! No rfe application been so smooth

No need to go to civil surgeon for i693 all you need is your ds-3025.. im also Filipina 😁😁 had my interview recently,check my timeline 😊😊 and good luck for your interview next month

Congrats on the quick progress of your application. Mine also took less than 3 months for interview date from the date we file our aos application.  Good luck @Tokenfreak for your upcoming interview.

I made the post because my husband sooo curious and wonder if Philippines passport holders allowed entry in a country like Canada or any country/island next to America? I know that Japan also dont allow Philippines passport holders entry to their country without a visa or a lay over permit or whatever. Is it the same with other countries(Except middle East)?
 
My husband said because he holds an American passport he can go anywhere without needed  a visa but philippine passort holders can't.. i know this is true if the country of destination is like Japan.. we are so curious about this. My husband never travel in other country except when he went to Philippines to see his highness 😂😂

I want to be over prepared and front load my documents. I even know which suit and tie I will wear LOL. My lawyer will also be at the interview. My AOS is not based on marriage.

And you don't have to be super prepare for aos interview specially if your case/relationship is clean and real trust me.

If you complete it then you're good to go. 
 
Edit: i saw that you done your medical june 2017 then you really need to do your medical because it was expired june 2018 but if you already did your I693 recently then youre good to go

No need to doMedical when you had your medical done abroad.

We are in the same boat..But Im in Louisville. I will apply for SSN next week on friday maybe..let me know if you did yours before Friday.

If you sent what they ask then relax yourself now.
There should be nothing to worry about something they didnt ask you to send.

You dont say. The last time we went it was 4 hrs wait with 1 minute meeting with their staff and got nothing.

Will do. I plan to go on Thursday. Should be smooth and easy, but the local SSA office for me is like the 7th level of hell.

You need to submit evidence each form. As each form is processed in a separate area. Make multiple copy's of the evidence and submit them in each forms package. To prevent any delays.

Dunno that much in detail but I haven’t got ssn too so obviously without ssn no job no tax you should wait till ur spouse has ssn new or old  linked to EAD /gc for aos

That place is back in full swing again .. with less of a sewer smell     

Well I guess this will be my final update for a couple of years. GC received and is error free. Have to get busy on the non-immigration stuff now like SSN, DL, and bank accounts.

I got both I first got courthouse wedding
later on a traditional ceremony as my wife wasn’t contended 😂👍

I understand. 
me being here in US and because of some expenses and 90 days is not enough for me to plan the wedding so we had to do the quick way to adjust status.. my husband once divorce too thats why we will have a renewal of our vows later this year when times permit.
