You only waited 3 WORK DAYS so far. People wait months for appointment. No suggestion. You have to wait. There are others in line in front of you.
 

I mean i talk to many going thru this process on whatsapp as it is faster 
waiting here for a response or a person to come online is sometimes slow
good info here from experienced people 
but if some moroccan or USC needs a lot of information,  i use the cell phone and whatsapp to talk 
 
and you can never really know a person till you live with them and that only is if they communicate
 
 

You're right, no one knows what it is like unless they are in it but, realistically and logically speaking, more money will not necessarily fix the issue as that would speed up state side procedures and not the consulates.

Many do K1 as the Moroccan is anxious to get out of morocco
and after denials, they do a CR1 or give up 
and often the K1 people exchange ID's and whatsapp so they communicate thru those areas 
the frustration is no one can really change the denial so i think they quit posting when they try for spouse visa 
truth be told they don't like to reveal private matters and when we start asking for more information about a case ,  they find it offensive
and they don't like the answers

An attorney is not able to do anything in my situation. I just wish Immediate Family Visas had priority over others.
A tourist can visit another country. An engineer can work in Canada or Australia. A student can go to England. A lottery winner can wait. They have no one they must join here. A husband, wife or child of a USC need to be with their loved ones. One can be sick and need assistance. A child needs a parent. The USC can not support two households. And the list goes on….. The system must be fixed. 
 

Both Senator and Congressman are involved. No lawyer as I can do what they do and for free lol 
Honestly, my wife and I were prepared to wait it out, but an emergency has risen  We must be together asap.

No need to assume that OP is untruthful. Websites like VJ can be tricky for those new to them, especially in a second language.

Respectfully, I disagree…I am writing as if this will happen tomorrow lol
but, More officers/Employees/Clerks/Hands/Eyes will certainly speed things up
as long as they are in every step of the way
from Application receipt to Visa delivery and from USCIS
to Consulate and Vetting. Speeding up the process in one area will speed it all up.

Unfortunately, there's no solution to give, the answer is wait

Well hopefully things pick up soon and thanks for responding to my replies and not leaving me hanging, some people do that and it's infuriatingly rude lol.

Yes, the Consulate only requested the DS 5535 after the interview and no other documents.

basically the only evidence of a real reltaionship (for casa embassy) is time spent together
right now u are married on paper only
she doesn't have a husband
you don't have a wife
this may be normal for all of us marrying outside the US
but we spend a lot of money on traveling to bond our marriage and Casa embassy expects to see this

That's alot of interviews a day, by that calculation it would be 16 interviews in 4 hours which seems like alot plus they have other visas to interview for as well. Seems rather high, but the point is that the numbers are rising and that's always refreshing to see.

That's great, you have mentioned there being 80 interviews for K1 a week but how accurate is that? If they interview from 12 to 5 on given days, do you really believe the number is that high? I have read reviews and spoken to people and they say that when they went the place was empty, have heard that quite a few times lately. I am thinking that logically they probably do 80 a month? If so, 17 k1s for example is less than 25% approval but definitely the figures are going up. What do you think?

But they interview more than just K-1 and CR-1 visa hopefuls. So those 15 minute slots could be K-1, CR-1, B1/B2, diversity visa and many more...
