Finally, my and my son's combo cards arrived last Friday and today his SSN card arrived too. We are all set except for the interview which will hardly happen until next Christmas. Yes, us. RFIE was issued on 10/01, response received about 2 weeks later. Interview ready as of 10/30, EAD/AP approved 11/22

Hi everyone ,i hope your cases are moving faster , this week my I 765 suddenly started moving they just sent my EAD card cant believe it finally will get a job hope you guys get some news this week still dont get my interview letter,only say ready for schedule interview 

It really doesn't mean that SSA may well issue and mail you a card and they may as well forget it. As soon as my son's combo card arrives, I will go there in person. In fact, that's what SSA representative told me to do when I was there last time. I surely wouldn't rely on what we checked in the petition

Just called USCIS again (had a hunch like last time the website said they didn’t have my RFE yet). They changed my status to “ready to be scheduled” today

This is great news! Ours was received on 10/17 so hopefully we’re a couple days out too.

I only hope to see that we are 'Ready to be scheduled' because here in NYC it will take another year to actually get to an interview

They received my response on the 11th Oct I believe it was. Just so happy that it didnt reset the timeline 

This morning I woke up to "we touched your case" email from USCIS. Our responce to RFIE (my sons corrected I-864) reached them on Friday according to USPS and they updated the status online in just 1 working day. Wow, that was speedy. So good luck to those who are dealing with RFIEs.

Got an update yesterday that case is ready to be scheduled for a interview. 
 
What a surprise!

Beware, your RFE will say something like "correct your I-864 the way we advise and ensure that you use current form with all pages present and duly signed". Which means you may no longer use the form you sent them unless you mail it out tomorrow. New form is coming out on Oct 15 effective immediately with no transition period. Old forms will be accepted only if postmarked Oct 14th (Columbus day) inclusive or earlier. We have received an I-864 related RFE last Saturday and rushed like crazy to mail them the old form. Hopefully it will arrive today. Good luck with your RFE

Cool! Just checked USPS tracking, our response has arrived, delivered today. Now let's see how soon they update the website. Also today my health and dental insurance card through my husband's plan arrived in mail. Looks like we deserve some celebration

The way it was stated was that they did not have it. It was already mailed back almost a week ago. We are good.
