I'm at the Missouri center (MSC case number). No further update to my case; status remains at "case was received"

Hey all, my case was approved on the 4th! My timeline is in my signature if anyone's curious!

Congrats!  Even if you do not hear about the i-751 or it is not mentioned in your N400 letter, be prepared for a combo interview where spouse must be present as well.  I see you are at the Newark, NJ office (same as in my case) and our interview was a combo interview although they gave us no heads up about it

yikes.. I sent it to the USCIS Phoenix Lockbox (UPS address). I'm in CA so it looks like it's the same address from their where to file page, updated Feb 1st.

👋 Hi there, so I messed up...
 
I filed my i751 ROC in January (01/27). I waited patiently for the text or email, or even the NOA, but nothing. Then yesterday, a Valentines treat from USCIS in the mailbox! My i751 was returned via the mail... The reason? I wrote the wrong date on the cheque, 02/27 instead of 01/27 🤦‍♀️ 
 
I've mailed it out again today, with a new, correctly dated, triple checked, cheque! 🎉 🤞 It should arrive via UPS this coming Thursday.

Thanks for this info @lsu_mike. @Nag & Matt mine was also MSC and I was confused as well but saw that it was national benefits center.

That’s where ours was sent.  Usually they process the ones that will more than likely be scheduled for interview.  
 
our processing time for MSC was 31 months. But some of that time they were closed because of COVID.  
 
filed 3/2019
interview 12/2021 
received approval notice 5 days after interview. 
 
no RFE’s, just straight forward basic I-751.

Congratulations on your second interview.  I suggest you go ask at the Jordanian embassy in Damascus.  I am going there in the morning when they open today. Or try to call them. I am going there to try to get a security clearance.  

The email that i received is different than yours, it looks like this is your first interview. We are called for the second after 15 months in AP.
it will be on Jan 21st.

My wife received her green card yesterday! 
 
We applied in May 2017
      interview in June 2018 
      Received an email to re-do medical test and police report in Sept. 2019
      Re-oath taken on Oct. 26th 2019
      Visa received Oct 28th 
      Green card received Dec 2nd  
We filed Writ of Mandamus and spent $8k

Got 4 updates the month of November finally.  Last one was nov 26th and ceac status also changed from the / to or with that last update. Its been a week since then so hoping for word soon. Should be any day now judging by other's similar experiences, no?

I know a Syrian man who interviewed in Amman embassy 3rd of November for CR-1.  He got his visa issued in less than a week and now he is in the US already.  

Has anyone heard of whats the situation as of now? I know in September and October they were giving out visas same day or same week of interview for spouses but of late i am not hearing much. Maybe people are just not posting as much. Has anyone from travel ban countries interviewed in November for the first time? What has been the outcome?

Its not actually bad - i think they take a few days to issue the visa. I dont think visas are granted same day.
