To her, it's of the upmost importance that he make a post on his social media that shows them together and says that she's his girlfriend.  
He created a story (which is temporary and disappears in a day) and she's seeing this as a red flag that he doesn't want the other 2499 woman that he's slept with to know he's off the market.  And he's got a bunch of non-sensical excuses.  I think she's right.  He wants to keep her a secret and pretend he's single, so he can continue sleeping around behind her back.  Guys like that don't change.
 
This show is getting more ridiculous by the day.  I'm barely hanging on, mostly to witness the trainwrecks.

I probably wouldn't pay to basically rebuild the family home of someone I'm meeting for the first time after I've paid for flights, hotels and an interpreter.  Just sayin'...

Also, I think the contractor inflated his price once he realized David might be paying.

I am intrigued as to what you mean by stuff, and how it will be forced on anyone.
 
Obviously the daughter having visited and adjusted hardly helps her case.

Wife received her B-2 in 2010 and used it 5-6 times.  We renewed it in February of 2020 and made reservations for another 2 month visit.  A week later, all flights canceled and the Philippine gov't barred Filipinos from leaving on tourist visas.  In September there was a narrow window for tourists to leave so we did.  After that mess (and still with most flights canceled and major difficulties getting in or out of the Philippines) I decided it was time for her to get US citizenship.
 
However, I'm told the B-2 is all about the individual so I wouldn't my wife's case would affect her mother.  I'm sure a lot of people will say it does but I don't believe it unless my wife had been convicted of trafficking or terrorism or something on that scale.    
 
Anyway, ok, I'll tell her not to say she's helping out.  How ridiculous is that.  Hahahahaha

Crazy Jasmine blew up on Gino when he mentioned the prenup again.  She's vicious, saying she's more attracted to her ex because he's young and he doesn't have the sexual problems that Gino does.  That would be a deal breaker for me, but they are both so desperate that they will stay together.  This is a continuous disaster.

You weren't married long enough for either of you to receive alimony. The I-485 was withdrawn and along with it the affidavit of support. As of June 9 you are no longer authorized to work in the US. No reason to even respond to the divorce attorney unless there are major assets or money that was acquired during or brought into the marriage. The divorce will be granted by default if you don't respond. 

That guy needs to run the other way and fast. If that doesn't scream red flag I don't know what does. But of course he thinks they have true love, and it's worth fighting for. She definitely is not on the same page as him, it's all about the green card so it seems.

And Gino looks worse in a fedora than a baseball cap IMO.  You need a more elegant, sophisticated look, not shorts and a disheveled shirt.

Actually the nationalities are the other way around, the former military guy's girlfriend is Vietnamese, and the deaf guy's girlfriend is Filipino. 
 
The situation with the young widow is heartbreaking. She is so deep in her grief she can't see what a bad idea all of this is -- the Romanian influencer boyfriend, being on 90 Day, carrying her husband's ashes everywhere, wanting to be proposed to after 4 months of dating, the spray tan apparently done in someone's kitchen... Grieving people all heal at different rates but this isn't the way.
 
Also, I have to admit that deciding to live in the same apartment building as my ex a la Jazmin when I was engaged to someone else is 100% something I would have done in my 20s.  But Jazmin is in her 30s. She's a one woman telenovela!
 
Also, Gino's hat game has moderately improved. I made my husband watch last night with me and he recognized Gino immediately: "Isn't that the man who wore baseball caps, and when his insane girlfriend yanked one of his head, he just pulled another one from his bag like nothing had happened?" Yes, honey, that's the man.

You are not working yet, you have to buy your own food, you are newlyweds but are not intimate (I don't know about others, but my wife and I couldn't keep our hands off each other the moment she arrived in the US), she shows almost no interest in the immigration process, she arrived late to pick you up at the airport, and on and on....
Is getting a green card that important to you that you would put up with all her BS. This will never get better. She probably figures that if your immigration process fails, she can just discard you like garbage, no biggie.
I can't stand to see USC's playing with honest (I admit we only know his side) foreigners and treating them like ####### (like they are disposable) when they come to the US to make a new life.

I am not sure about that. do those locations have their own websites? All else fails, have the CR significant other call and just ask.
 
I would still see if you or your stepson can pay the fee online from the online account that the DS160 was submitted; less running around to do. I'm 92% sure that I paid the visa fee from my spouse's usvisa docs account after I filled out the 160 for him,.

Not sure if CR is similar to Nica but I paid via online; what I can't remember is if I did it from my then-fiance's account or if I just made my own.

The hippie flower girl who went to Egypt and married a guy right away can't NOT fight with him.  The only time that they don't fight is when they don't talk and avoid each other.
 
It seems the guy is strict Muslim, and is not flexible on the clothing she should wear, etc.  Funny because his older brother seems more relaxed and flexible.  
 
There is no chance they last long-term.
 
 
And the parents pretended to accept the Trans guy but I bet they flip on him.  You could tell the fake "I accept you, I love you" and their body language.  It says more than words.

It says it will time out every 20 minutes if there is inactivity, however when we were filling it out it was timing out about every 4 or 5 minutes. It was very frustrating and I was hitting the save button constantly so I wouldn't have to keep going back.

Maybe I'm a little late to reply to this, I was bringing my fiancee into the US.
It's definitely 7 passport photos and the confirmation page from the DS-160.
The DS-260 has not been used by us up until this point and she has successfully entered the US Monday.

Oh my god, this Other Way cast is messed up than any other we've seen.
 
The chubby blonde chick from NYC wants to live in Manhattan but can't cut it in NY on her yoga class income, so she thinks that by moving to the Dominican Republic she'll be able to live her first world life there, but cheaper.  Typical broke diva who wants more than she can afford and now expects him to pay for it.  But in the end, she'll be paying for everything.  Literally on her first day there, her wakeup call is starting that living there is not the same as vacation.  The whole relationship is based on his desire for a green card to the US, and her big lie that she applied for his spousal visa when she did not, and has no intention of them going to the US.  Her boyfriend opened a butcher shop in a typical 3rd world manner (meat on the hot counter with flies all over it, no bookkeeping, no systems in place.  He is so proud of himself, and she starts nagging in a typical fashion about the lack of refrigeration, flies, not knowing revenues vs expenses.  The train is coming fast on this one. 
 
The hippie flower girl who is 38 and is working food delivery tells you all that you need to know.  She went on a trip to Egypt, met a guy, talked online, and went back in a couple of months and married him and moved there.  She hated everything about it.  And they fought over all their differences (Muslim customs- clothing, contact with other men, etc) so she left him and came back to the US.  And in typical fashion these days, she blocked him on social media.  Very mature response.  But then she decided that she loved him and is going back to move there even though she knows that she will hate it there and they will constantly fight.  Another train has left the station and is picking up speed down the track.
 
There's Jen, the 46 year old, multiple time divorcee with manly facial features going to India to marry a guy that hasn't even told his family about her.  No red flags there.  He's some kind of model, trainer, or something.  Has long hair and looks like a typical diva.  She seems desperate and is willing to accept anything.  Her friends are telling her valid reasons why it will fail like 
her other marriages, but she doesn't listen.  She won't follow him on social media because she "trusts" him but the reality is that she doesn't want to see anything and is just having blinders on.  One of her friends proposes a test where she will message him pretending to be a woman from England.  She did and he didn't reject her messages or tell her that he's involved.  But she just shrugs it off like no big deal.  Like I said, very desperate.  This train is racing the train with the NYC woman for which will crash first.
 
A 40-something mother of 2 (both adults) who was married before is now going to Colombia to marry and live with a Venezuelan woman.    I think these 2 are most normal, which isn't saying much with this group.  
 
There's a transgender that used to be a woman but now is a man who is going to Colombia to live with a woman with 2 kids.  She knows that he's trans and is ok with it but her conservative catholic parents don't know.  This will be most interesting to watch in my opinion.  The trans guy seems cool, other than doing gay pride parades in his underwear on the streets in his hometown BY HIMSELF.
    
There's still a 70 year old that looks 90 going to be with a mid 20-something in Morocco.  They didn't show much about them, but I see the train lights on this one too.
