Like p-Ana said, 670 was only the medical appointment. 600 was blood test, x-ray and urine test. The two vaccines I had to take were 350.
 
They accept most of health insurances, but they require a higher coverage. Since mine was a basic health plan, it wouldn't cover the exams.

I had my medical in São Paulo two weeks ago. It was really fast. It was R$ 670. He ordered three exams: blood test, urine test and x-ray (R$600) . Also I had to take two vaccines. He wants to see DTaP and two MMRs. I only had DT and one MMR, so he asked me If wanted to take them in Brasil on in the US. I said Brasil so he sent me to a private vaccination center next to the place the exams take place. They were R$350.

They say 3 business days, but It's more than that. The exams were on the 15th, and the results came out on the 19th. The doctor needs a couple days to put the package together, so at least 1 week.

Only the beneficiary fills out the DS-160.

I found this checklist here on VJ. It's from 2017, but I'm following it. It says Declaração Sob Juramento, which I believe is a new intent to marry letter.

The packet 3 is actually clear on what originals they want: Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Termination of Marriages. Some other things they accept certified copies. But there's no mention to original on financial support.

Exactly. Since you do the exams after the medical appointment, you can't get the results on the same day. I'm asking a friend to pick my results and mailing them to me.

They say in 3 business days. Because you do the exams after the medical appointment. In Rio, you are required to do the exams before, so the doctor will have the results on the day of the appointment.
