My wife and I just completed our green card interview today and was approved! So glad the interview went well and the gentleman doing our interview was very nice. Took about 30 minutes total and the interviewer asked questions about our children and then the relationship part was pretty simple. He spent less than a minute reviewing our documents and realized we had everything that was required about it So now we are good at least for another 2 more years so thanks for all the advice and suggestion here everyone!!

AOS approved! Very easy and nice lady that interviewed us!
Just do everything as they say and have an honest relationship and there is nothing to worry about ☺️

Congrats!! Yeah it's been since May 24th since we first filed the AOS as well. Our interview is a little over a week away and we are almost ready. Good luck the rest of your journey together.

On the other hand, most likely you will receive an approval letter for I-130.

My wife and I are headed to the Las Vegas field office for our interview in 3 weeks so any advice would be appreciated. We have both of our names on our rental lease and bank accounts. I have a life insurance policy that has her as the beneficiary so I'm getting all my duck lined up!! All we need is to get her Nevada ID and a utility bill in both of our names. Everything else we have like pictures and birth certificates etc... Thanks!!

Had our interview in Philadelphia yesterday. Passed with flying colors!  One hour and fifteen minutes start to finish. Interview itself was about 20 minutes. 

Had my green card interview yesterday and it went great, immigration officer was very pleasant and friendly. Good luck to you all!

Had an interview in Dallas on Jan 30th, got approved on Jan 31st.  The whole AOS process took 9 months for Dallas office. 

Interview was this morning! 
Waited about an hour and a half past appointment time to be called in, the actual interview was only about 15 mins. 
Simple, direct interview, and not unpleasant. 
I was given a paper that says "case needs further review"...but, 20 mins later I got a text that there was an update on my 1-485 "New Card Being Produced" 
And The I-130 updated from "case received" to  "case is being reviewed" does this mean the officer approved my case?? 

Had my interview today at the Orlando, FL office and it went very well. We arrived about 15 minutes early and were called in around the time we were supposed to be. The interviewer was a nice lady and immediately got straight to the point.
 
She asked me for my ID, social security card, and EAD/AP card. She requested my husband to give her his ID - he gave her his drivers license. She then asked how we met and asked the time line from how we met until now - we just gave a very brief summary as we have been with each other since 2011. She asked for all proofs of relationship. I handed over 1 joint bank statement, 4 joint credit card statements, joint health insurance documents, joint phone bill from January with January's call/text log included (I highlighted all the calls and texts between my husband and I). 
 
She then wanted photos of the wedding and photos with family members - I had about 12 photos printed from the time I arrived in America until now, so I gave them all to her and she kept them all in our file. She asked if we had taken any trips together, and we had gone to New York back in September. So, I gave her our Airbnb receipt and our flight itinerary from the trip - and we had photos on the Brooklyn Bridge. We are also going away this April, so I gave her the itinerary for our upcoming trip. 
 
She asked about a joint lease, joint ownership, or car insurance, etc... we didn't have any of that as my husband had purchased his house and car before we got married and never added my name to anything. That was okay and did not cause a problem. Then she asked me if I came to America to commit any crimes (and listed a summary from the questions on the i-485) and I said no. 
 
She then spent the rest of the time explaining the green card, when to apply for removal of conditions, naturalization, etc. She mentioned that instead of printing individual photos, that we should make to a collage of them on a word document and label each one with the day, location, and who is in the photo instead of printing individual photos (which I had done for the K1 application, so I don't know why I didn't do that for this interview! ) . 
 
Since I was adjusting from a K1 visa, I DID NOT do a new medical. I'm glad that the interview is done and went so smoothly! Best of luck to everyone else! 

Wow pretty amazing week for sure. Got our approval letters for the Work Permit/AP card last thursday and a notice the card was sent out monday and Tuesday got my wife's Work Permit/AP combo card. Just got our interview letter today for next month Feb. 18th so everything is moving along fast so hope all our May filers are nearing the end of their wait for their EAD card and interview. Blessings everyone!!

What all should we bring to the interview? Is there a checklist somewhere or do they even ask for anything?

We are exactly the same so We are expecting the EAD card tomorrow according to the tracking number they provided. Still waiting for the interview letter to arrive that will tell us the date and time of the interview. So we are almost there!!

Guys, we received the approval letters yesterday! Just waiting for my green card in the mail. 😭🙌

Informed delivery this morning shows me two things from USCIS, they must be my approval notices for the I-765 and I-131... super fast! Makes me think my card will actually arrive this week too!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

My wife's status for her I-485 was changed to "Interview was scheduled" today!
How long does it take to get the mail with the date and when do you all think it will be scheduled? (2 weeks, 2 months, etc.??)
I am asking because we already have a two week trip scheduled to go to the Philippines at the end of this month and hoping we will not have to reschedule the interview.

Really Learned A Lot, just by reading people's posts everyday.  Yesterday was my interview and got APPROVED with flying colors, no RFE's.  I can't even begin to describe how happy and still shock I am.  I can't believe I'm done of all these overthinking and worrying shizzzz.

Christmas came early in our house- green card just got approved!!!😍

I almost can't believe my eyes but we received an update today that our green card interview has been scheduled!!! 😮😮😮 I will update once I receive the letter with the date.
