Nvc only require ur most recent. In your case it is 2018. ..... So 2017,2016 or 2015 is not necessary.  Persons only add those as additional documents. 

It depends on the expedite that you get. Some expedites you pay the Embassy directly and do not upload documents. You only complete the DS-260 online and bring all documents to the Embassy. You pay the AOS the the Embassy and waive the IV Fee. 

Omg i just can't believe this ,they rejected my marriage termination document because it was submitted under marriage termination document type instead of petitioner marriage termination document type .I didn't noticed this when i re-submit this if this was even another option but i clearly mentioned under comments that this is petitioner  marriage termination document. These people are getting on my nerves ,wasted my 2 months ...😡.Tell me what it takes them to hit download and put it under correct doc type ,literally thats like less than 1 min task and now they will make me wait another 15 days...🤬🤬

Scan it. Then do a screen shot and crop and paste on a word doc in Portrait. Then save as a PDF. 
I know it’s a long way but it worked for me. Message me privately if I can help with the actual document.

I got an email saying all documents have been accepted and the next step is they are going to schedule the interview. 
I also checked the website and all documents now say accepted 

So people who previously had working case numbers Can log in okay I am guessing? 

Just got an email all documents accepted and approved and they will schedule the interview God is so good it’s been a long journey....

Jan 31 submitted documents
Feb 13 resubmitted ( passport pic needed 90 degrees rotation, smh)
Feb 27 All documents accepted and now waiting interview date

They go by the original day you submitted first

re-submitted on 2/11/2019 & 2/23/2019 : APRROVED today 2/26/2019

I uploaded my AOS and civil documents on 2/12 hoping I would get CC soon. Just received a response from NVC,  stating 2 of my documents were rejected. My household member's naturalization cert needs to be uploaded horizontally and another document was not readable. How long do you guys think it will take for them to respond after I upload them correctly?
I hate this stage so much!

Just a little timeline review:
 
Submitted docs on 02/07 and got an rfe for pp bio data page saying that the document was cut off. Please see attached photo circled in red. That's how it is in the passport and the scan never cut it off but i still got a rfe . This time around i scan it to show the outside 4 corners away from the actual document. I hope this help someone. To wait 2 weeks for that ####### is just a waste of time.

Good to hear that you mailed off your packet. If you are referring to your  I 130 petition, unfortunately you are following the wrong thread, this thread are for persons who were already approved by the USCIS and are awaiting a case # from the NVC or waiting for nvc to complete the applications and forward same to the country of charegeabilty.  You should be following.

Yes, that's correct. Once you complete and submit the IV application, the option to upload Civil Documents will show up.

Yay! I used the same and it said Paid now after 3 days.
I'm so glad it's open over the weekend so I can have some time to do all this.
