Im sorry if this comes off in a bad way but this is too much and maybe it's me being extra emotional today .I don't know but the more I read reviews and research this process , the more disappointed get. I am a fair person and injustices fume me, how can Casablanca be so unfair to people? Where are the human rights? Some of these questions that are being asked to some people are just out of control.
 
 
Why do you love an older woman and she's fat? Some men like older women, hell, why not date a younger guy. Have you ever heard of fat fetishes, personally I like men on the thinner side and you may like Arabs or Chinese or whatever the hell. Who are these people to say who likes what. Now, to be brutally honest, if there's a 23 year old man wanting to marry a 50 year old, ok, I get it but to just box someone in on a category of fraud just because of this should not be happening.
Why do you want to marry a woman who has been divorced ? Geez, is the woman at fault that her husband left her, abused her or their relationship simply drifted apart? Does this mean that she doesn't have the right to  remarry? What do they care if a Muslim man wants to marry a divorced woman? Yes, it's not the norm but who says that it can't happen.
Why do you want to marry a woman with kids??? I am not even going to answer on this one, just despicable. Yes, a Muslim man marrying a woman with kids bla bla red flag and bla, but why not? Didn't Mohammed (pbuh) marry a widow with children as well. 
If you take so long to answer, you lie. Not even going to waste my time answering this one.

This is appalling, and what is mind blowing to me is that it continues to happen.
 
I am well aware that there are fraud cases and we are trying to keep us safe,  I am the first person to admit that but to be treated so unfairly and denied when there are no obvious reasons for concern is completely unacceptable honestly.

I am not sure why people haven't complained in the past, why they are allowed to continue to do it, I am truly at a complete loss .
 
I am honestly saddened and disappointed in the way our loved ones are being treated, this is ridiculous.

We have finally scheduled an interview in mid September and medical next week. 🙌🏽🙏🏽My anxiety is up the roof now for the next 3 weeks. And I’m not the one going to the interview😳 I’m so thankful for all your guidance everyone!!! If anyone needs help with anything don’t be shy, private message me. That must be something new as I always knew that it would be ACCXXXXXXX001 01 then ACCXXXXXXX001 02 then ACCXXXXXXX001 03 and so on and so forth. Don't forget to read carefully especially when scheduling the interview because you pay have to pay individual and not combined or they will ask on some forms is there anyone else that you would like …….

For the medical, all you need is a copy of the email sent from the NVC stating that they have sent the the package to the embassy.  That is sufficient proof.  Due to scheduling conflicts, Akiko has rescheduled her medical for this Wednesday 8/22/2018.
 
Update, I just received a text from my fiancee that the P3 letter has arrived.

When you get your NVC letter you'll see the numbers and each of the children will have your case number but followed with 02 second child 03 etc. If you need help let me know. I had 2 K-2's and they are just as easy as your case.

Visa is being delivered tomorrow!!!! Flight is booked on Tuesday August 21st. If nothing goes wrong we will make our wedding date on August 25th!!!!

2) have a i-134 ready, just because some don't ask....doesn't mean it wont be required in bolivia

beneficiary is usually the one getting the info on what needs to be done next
 
medical is also paid in local currency in at the medical center where they send her.

ok questions.... on Friday we called and said no case number yes.; and that the children have case number each?the lady  say yes each gonna is gonna have a case number .
today call and they gave me the case number and they said it is a single number for my fiancée and the children that in this tape of visa  is a single number. someone know  something more about this ?!

I hear ya and besides you have every reason to chose to be in your marriage or not or stay here. Like you said people have principles and lines not to be crossed. I’m an immigrant and I do love my wife, however; if she cheats it’s automatic divorce and not even the pope can change that. It’s not even about the act it’s more about respect which as a man I value immensely.
 
Now with that being said and back to immigration you remain a lawful permanent resident for all intents and purposes until an immigration judge revokes your status. You can and should file using the divorce waiver option.
 
Extreme battery waivers are hard to overcome and will need evidence of you being subject to severe abuse such as police records or psychiatric notes. Since you’re still fairly new and don’t have much documentation I’m afraid it will be an uphill battle to demonstrate bona fide marriage intent.
 
Remember USCIS is not marriage police and don’t care that you’re divorced, what they do care is IF you originally entered the marriage in good faith to share a life and not just to procure a green card and can show evidence as such. If they’re satisfied you’ll be approved, and if denied you can still fight it infront of an immigration judge.

al mismo tiempo su novio debe empesar hacer cosas como affidavit of support. en esta pagina hay gia para que pueda el misom seguirlo.
- tanto mas una carta de su trabajo necesitara
- mas necesitara 3 anos de su impuestos nacionales de aqui ( federal income tax).
- hay otros formularos que le haran pedir a ustede
- mas fotos para confirmar su relaccion sigue despues del inicio de su aplicaccion 129f. incluiye llamadas de telf, e-mails, etc....

Yo le pedi a mi esposa que haga copies de partido de nacimiento's y de divorcio. Son traducidos y los llevo al RENIEC y Relacciones Exteriores. Asi no tendremos que pedir que envien importantes documentos al eeuu por con costo $$$. Me agrada que este pendiente de su 129f y lo tanto de las cosas que necesite realizarlo. Muy buena suerte! eff

People overstaying in America doesn't make the Ghana embassy so hard. It's the amount of fraud that comes out of Ghana. Don't blame one person for making the Ghana process hard. That's unfair, as the issues in Ghana have been there way before this person overstayed.

Yesssssssssss......my fiance got approved at her interview before 8am at the US Embassy in Manila!!! Thank you everyone for all your amazing love and support going this process together!!! I am praying for all those who are still waiting that will be hopefully approved soon!!!! Yesssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my interview at the Embassy this morning and was APPROVED!
 
I just wanted to include a review of my experience as I am aware of how helpful these can be.

It was a very quick and easy process (in and out within 40 minutes) and everyone I encountered was pleasant.

I joined a queue outside of the South Pavilion about 30 minutes before my appointment. There were staff checking DS160s and passports. This took around 10 minutes. Once inside, I went through airport style screening and off into the reception area where I joined another queue. This took a further 10 minutes and when called up a lady affixed a label to my DS160 page and sent me up to the first floor.

From here I sat and waited for around 5 minutes. I was called up and went through a checklist with a member of staff that was training a newer member of staff - this took a little while longer as they had to explain the the processes to their colleague. They apologised for the inconvenience but I was more than happy to observe them talk through it all as it was quite interesting the ways in which everything needs to be filed, marked off, etc.

I sat back down after handing over the required docs - the only supporting evidence they requested was an employer letter (although I had payslips, tax return, W2s, etc).

I was then called up within 5 minutes for my interview - the interview itself lasted about 5 minutes as well and consisted of the following questions:

 - When did you meet your fiancé?
 - How many times have you met in person?
 - What has been your longest trip to the USA?
 - Have you met their parents / siblings?
 - When will you make your journey to the USA?
 - When is the wedding and who will attend?

The interviewing officer then confirmed everything was in order and that they'd be issuing the visa which would be ready in 2 weeks!

Overall, a pleasant process and can't believe it was over as quick as it was given the 9 months of waiting that preceded it.

To those of you still waiting for the interview - worry not, as it truly is nothing to be scared about.

P.S. If the two chaps who were doing their interview at around the same time as me are reading this: I hope everything went well 

All I-129Fs for a K-1 go to California at this time. A small handful are later transferred to VSC. This has nothing to do with the beneficiary's country.
