It’s been awhile, but I thought I’d update this and tell all how it went. I just came back home after spending 3 months in the US with my now fiance, so I was admitted! But boy, getting through CBP was a nightmare and a half. I was taken aside, questioned for hours and had all my belongings searched too. I was thrown every question in the universe and the CBP officer actually went out to find my fiance in the waiting area in the airport to question him too! Had no idea they could do that. We did tell them everything, about our plans on filing for K1 and get married, and in the end they just decided to let me in. It was scary, some questions were ridiculous but that’s what it is. Just stay calm through it all and be honest about everything.

Same boat, interview would've been on 03.28 but got cancelled, logged into my USCIS account last week on a whim and saw I was approved, and today status has been changed to card mailed with tracking number and green card is supposed to arrive on Wednesday!
Approval by mail also came today. So happy! 😁 And for you as well. 🙏

That’s amazing Congrats!🎈🍾!  I know of 5 cases now. My husband and another couple that was approved came from the same field office and same apt day. 
IDK how or why just feel super lucky. 
Pretty sure we may see more and more waived if your apt was already scheduled and cancelled. 
Amidst all that the world is going through,  it’s nice to see some good news.

Don't worry about what you DON'T have.  Just think about what you can gather.....Evidence that you even live together?  Affidavits?  Wills?  Health Care statements?  Loans? Insurance?

Give them few more days. We have exactly the same timeline😀😀

Just know that the 90 days is a date limit to get married, not to file for AOS. As long as you got married in these 90 days, you're all good !

No more mistakes going forward!  Way too important to make silly mistakes. Triplecheck everything. Luckily this shouldn't cost you anything, in the AOS interview they'll ask you to correct it. 

It's possible they'll issue an RFE, but I concur that it's more likely  something to address at the interview. An RFE would just make more work for everybody (including the IO).

I doubt you will get an RFE.  More than likely you will be able to correct it when you have your AOS interview.
 
When you say "stay inside" are you referring to staying in the US or staying in the house?  Once you get the NOA from the AOS filing you will be fine inside the US, but don't leave the US prior to at least getting your AP card, or your AOS application would be considered abandoned.

Just a point of clarification, since you have submitted your AOS application, you should not be worried.

Nah, but I think that's only for cases that are clearly filed as a placeholder with no support evidence at all and they're just trying to "get their foot in the door". I think you'll be fine. You might get an RFE or might not even and they'll straighten it out at the interview.
 
No, as long as you have filed, you're "in status". The technical term is "a period of authorized stay by the Secretary of Homeland Security". Moreover, the expiration of the K-1 visa is no longer a concern. It is the expiration of the I-94 that you have to worry about, which is 90 days after you entered. When you used your K-1 visa to enter, the visa itself is of no concern anymore. 
 
No, just live a normal live. You can't work until the EAD is approved and can't leave the US until AP is approved,  but you can pretty much do everything else.

Had my interview yesterday, april 11th, and it was approved! So happy. 🤗

Hello! I had my medical done recently (april 1st) at Sibyllekliniken in Stockholm.

I was going to go to the one in Gothenburg after asking here about it first but I could in no way get an appointment with them, their online booking was down for weeks ( I don't know if they've fixed it yet) and I tried calling but the phone lines are full every single day so I gave up and just sent an email to Sibyllekliniken to book an appointment because I was running out of time to start scheduling said medical. Sibyllekliniken got back to me fast with an appointment and sent me some documents with info about the medical. The cost of the medical is 3800kr and then chest X-ray for 600kr. The X-ray is done at Unilabs röntgen Sophiahemmet (about 13 minute walk from the medical) and they have drop-in from 8 am,  so just go there before you go to the medical.

The medical was just fine, doctor (Jan Arlestig) seemed to be in a bit of a rush tho but was friendly and made me feel at ease during the whole thing, and he did a thorough exam and felt like he really made sure he did the medical correctly. After that I was told to go across the street to get my blood sample taken at the lab and hand in my urine sample. 
 
All in all, I'd recommend Sibyllekliniken! Can't speak for the one in Gothenburg other than getting an appointment there seemed impossible.

A couple of millimeters off here and there shouldn't be an issue. They won't use a ruler to measure it. All the best with your interview. Let us know how it goes.
