My fiance called and made his official doctor's appointment in Sydney he wants to know if it is alright now to send off for an appointment without the results of the medical yet? I have already sent him the documents I need to send to him. It is just basically the medical and gathering supporting documents.

Question???

My fiance got his medical appointment for 4/26 he wonders if it is ok to go head and send off for an interview date. Would that be ok?

moonie are you talking about the blood tests or the actual medical...the medical has to be done in melbourne...the blood tests can be done anywhere...glad the police check went well ..hope he told them he is going to his parents place...

No just the blood tests so he can see what vacinations he may need. He can get that down in "the country" as he calls it. He just wasn't going to have it done and then drive to Melbourne just to pick up the results since they won't mail that information.

He said that the police report will be mailed to his parents house. So hope all is good.

His police check went fine they told him they would mail it to him in 10 days or so, his doctor's appointment didn't work he said he waited an hour for someone to tell him that he would have to come back in four days to pick up the results he is moving to Warrnambool to stay with his parents until the interview so he won't be able to come back he will just have to do it in Warrnambool. I think his mom needs to spend time with him before he leaves. Mumsy can't believe her baby is leaving. He hates that place tho

He was quite upset that his favorite Argentiian steakhouse in Melbourne is closed til August. He was like how can they just close for 6 months. They do have awesome steak tho. He won't be able to enjoy it before he leaves He is quite bitter.

Today was another pisser day. The temp job that I have worked at for 6 months came to an end today. So much ####### went on at this job I am somewhat relieved. I sent off the paperwork to my hunny yesterday hopefully it shouldn't effect the rest of our paperwork I have 2 interviews tomorrow we will see how that goes.

I made over the 125% poverty and I also own a home so I hope that is enough for that. My sweetie is moving out of his apartment next week we really can't have any more snap poos. It is time to get this show on the road.

Yes my focus has to be on finding somewhere else that better suits my talents. I walked in this morning I left early Friday and this place looks a mess. I am not even going to touch it. Not going to let what other's do stress me.

But in good news. I got a text at 3 something in the morning that my sweetie received his packet 3. He said it is all confusing. LOL I think it is cute. I told him just take one thing at a time.

Hello All!

Last week was like th week from hell from me. I am for "now" stuck at a job that I hate. It is a temporary job and I was told back in Feburary that I would become permanent and when I inquired about it last week she said they had been turning it down. But Friday I found out that a guy that started after me became permanent like 2 weeks ago. So I feel like I am getting the run around. She says she has no problems with my work but I just don't think she is keen on me. So I am back to applying for jobs which sucks. I will just have the temp agency type of a letter explaining my current job status. I am just so emotional drained and depressed at this place I have got to get out of it.

My sweettheart has been so supportive and sweet. I love this man to death. He is like my sunshine. I can't wait to start my life with him. He makes everything calm and peaceful. I hope this last part of this process moves along smoothly.

ugh.. it wouldn't let me finish my edit to the last post. I'm sorry for the triple post guys.. But i tried to edit this question in but it wouldn't load it afterwards.. or update my edit...

Anyways.. here goes!

I only gave him the evidence that I had submitted for the I-129F petition at the Vermont Service Center (well I had duplicates of those same evidence).

I didn't give him any new evidence because when we submitted our petition to VSC he was still here and we had really recent evidence like his boarding pass and the fact that it doesn't show him leaving till after they received and sent us our NOA1. I read in one of the guides here in VJ that the "ongoing relationship" evidence should date to issuance of NOA1. That is covered I believe by what I sent to VSC.

I didn't give him any new evidence except a few more pictures of us together when he was here visiting, and a new letter of intent that states that i'm still fully supporting our decision for him to get a visa and come over here to marry me.

Do you think that's okay as far as evidence goes because it seemed to have pleased VSC enough to give me my approval in 20 days. Or do you think I should have sent him more. I sent him all the documents/copies today. Should arrive in about a week! woot!

We're going to work on his DS-230 and DS-156 and finish up his form for a police check request, he's done the fingerprint part he has to mail the application to the AFP or whatever to get his police check.

Any advice will be great!! Sorry for the long post!

Do you have to fill out an affidavit of support? What supporting documentation does it ask for?

I hope all is in good spirits me I am just tired... I did send a email last night to the Sydney/Embassy Consulate to see if our petition was received and received a response that his packet 3 should be mailed off tomorrow. Which is nice. I sent him a text to let him know. He has this government job and they are real picky about him using his cell phone at work

I miss him terribly. Seems like forever since I have seen him and then yet it doesnt. A weird thing.

Hey everybody... Wifey arrived last night here in Pensacola, FL. The whole thing at the LAX POE went great... except the first lady my wife encountered was being a b!tch and someone saw and took her envelope from her and got her through quick, the other lady apparently has issues.
