amforever got a reaction from Eve81 in I-751 APRIL 2021 Filers (Removal of Conditions)
Hi there we sent off my husband's I-751 on April 12th it arrived on April 15th via tracking. Still no confirmation they received it via text or email or cashed check but I'm guessing that is normal for the covid related delays. Cheers

They are not a requirement. You have a good list and do not need affidavits. Affidavits are most useful when you DON'T have good evidence.
We did not have affidavits.
Good luck!

Adding driver license with same address. Affidavits is not really important since you have a good amount of evidence, but there is no harm to include it.

amforever reacted to bf__ in Varicella Vaccine "not routinely avaiable" on DS-3025
I didn't think we K-1 needed to fill out I-693 as long as they had a copy of the DS-3025. Apologies if I have missed the point..
If you were admitted as a:
K-1 fiancé(e) or a K-2 child of a K-1 fiancé(e); or
K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen or a K-4 child of a K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen; and
You received a medical examination prior to admission, then:
(1) You are not required to have another medical examination as long as you file your Form I-485 within one yearof an overseas medical examination; and
(a) The panel physician did not find a class A medical condition during your overseas examination; or
(b) The panel physician did find a class A medical condition, you received a waiver of inadmissibility, and
you have complied with the terms and conditions of the waiver.
(2) Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included
as part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the Part 9. Vaccination Record completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you must submit Parts 1., 2., 3., 4., 6., and 9.of Form I-693.

My fiance seems to think that because he told them he was leaving on the 12th of February ours got issued quickly. They also had his medical on hand because he did it two weeks before so that also could be why, either way we are excited and happy we got to move along quickly. Good luck!

That's actually a good analogy 😂
A London interview is like a chat with the cafeteria lady who just heard you are marrying an American. Oooh, how did you meet him? Where will you live? What does he do for a living? When are you moving?
I think it's because you followed their process in order and had everything needed in place (like the medical results) so it moved on through like it was supposed to. I'm guessing delivery on Friday.

My fiance just gave me his experience and since he doesn't use this site I'll relay for him.
When he first got there they asked for his ds160 and they put a sticker on it and gave it back to him. He went into the first room and there were to lines with a woman at the end letting people know where to go. He went upstairs to his correct area. He said it was an open floor plan with two windows. They called his number and the first man took his fingerprints and asked when he was coming to the US. Asked for police certificate, affidavit of support, ds160, passport, his birth certificate, and one American passport photo. The man at the first window gave him his x-ray photo. The second window he went to the lady was very stern and asked him if he had ever worked in the US, had any other visas, if he had ever been arrested when was he last in the US, when did he leave, and if he had ever been married/divorced before. She took the second set of fingerprints. And said your visa should be approved. He asked her, so I have my visa? She said "Yes you will receive it in 8-9 business days" and that was that.
Didn't ask any questions about me or us. Strange. I'll take it though. -

Congratulations!!!! Best feeling in the world getting approved. I remember I nearly collapsed, thankfully my husband was taking notes from the kindest CO lady. We had so much beer and champagne after!! Oh that hangover next day when I booked my flights (I went against advice of waiting for visas prior to booking my flight ticket)

My fiance was told he was approved today at his interview!! I don't have much information atm he's traveling back home now but he did say they had his medical on hand. We booked Medical and Embassy 2 weeks apart. They asked him; if he had worked in the US before, if he had been arrested, when he plans to fly out, if he had been married/divorced before. He said that he barely needed any of the paperwork that he brought. They also gave him his x-ray back(?) is that normal? anyways I'll have more details once he gets home and post a consulate review.

Agreed. I wasn’t asked a whole lot about anything related to the relationship. The only thing he asked was where we met. The rest was idle chit chat about nothing in particular.
I think they only grill you and try and try and shake something loose if they think there’s anything amiss about it.
