    I just checked the new website and saw we were approved!! Most likely a backdated approval.

    Our case is approved!
    1 x k-1 and 2 x k-2!
    129 Sent 11 Sept, NOA-1 sent 15 September, new website says submitted 18 Sept.
    Approved on new website, but not on App. Fiancé received notification from US postal services today that something is in the mail, but unfortunately no image! 😅 Hopefully its the hard copy. 
     
    This has been such a tough road. Good luck to those still waiting. Hang in there! It WILL come.....e v e n t u a l l y...
     
    I’ve been another obsessive lurker on this forum - thanks to @Naes for all the updates and upbeat cheerleading, as well as everyone else. It was and is a lifesaver to know we  are not alone...
     
    Now for NVC and the embassy, but I think we’re over the big hurdle

    I just received my approval letter after 210 days as well. I am so excited! But Now what?!!!! I guess I was not wanting to get my hopes up too much. But now, woohoooo.lol

    Russia just announced closing US Embassy in S.Petersburg. I am wondering if it will make it even harder to sign up for an interview, since now all S.Pet visas will also go to Moscow. This is just ridiculous. I am hoping that we wont reach the Second Cold war by the time I need to schedule an interview.

    I woke up pass 3am my time and checked the app (I got used to checking it all the time) I didnt even reload the page but it says case was approved! I couldnt believe and checked my status on the old website and it says we’re approved!   Now I’ll try to go back to sleep

    Update from a quick scan this afternoon... we're up to 20 approvals in the first 500 cases scanned for 10/2! I'll let Daniel do the official scan and update later, but just wanted to let my Octonauts know there's plenty of movement today!

    Oh my goodness!  Just got 6 text messages from USCIS to check case status...  Approved!
    It has been 233 days since NOA1,  and 9 days since they acknowledged the RFE response..  (forgot a checkbox)

    I awake up from my sleep and just update like a daily of my day. 
    I can’t believe it!!! 
    My fiancé called the USCIS today and got the appointment with tier 2. 
    THEY SAID “ Your case just approved.”
    We got the news together. 
    208 day!!!! 9/1 received.

    We were listed as "READY" yesterday but I have a K-1 and two K-2s.  Only 2 were listed as "READY" so far.  They may need some time to update in their system but this is Holy Week and I'm not sure if the Embassy is closed on Thursday and Friday like the medical facility there.  I will reach out to NVC to see why only 2 of the 3 are listed but we still have 20 days until the interview.
     
    For other Filipino beneficiaries, we booked the interview and pre-registered for medical only using the number that was given over the phone.  At medical Rose just showed the interview confirmation and there were no questions asked.  We are listed as "READY" and I have never received an email or snail mail from NVC at all.

    It will all work out. I was the biggest nervous wreck only speaking like all hope is lost to my fiance while he kept the hope and faith and now we are approved.They have official updated all websites old and new for me with an email my NOA1: September  25,2017 (Submitted date) September 27,2017
