As everyone in this group gets closer to the NVC, I made a list of documents needed so you guys can prepare. NVC is reviewing documents in two business days. That means the quicker you scan and upload you documents, the quicker your interview will be scheduled. The first step at NVC is to make the payments once case number is assigned: $325 and $120.
 
The IV application and requested documents will available 2 to 3 business days after payment is entered.
 
For the IV application, you will need the beneficiary's address history from the age of 16 and school information (high school and above). So get that ready.
 
The following documents are needed:
Civil Documents:
 
Beneficiary birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce papers (if any), beneficiary passport picture, and police certificate for any country lived over 6 months (not including USA).
 
AOS Documents:
Sponsor: I-864, 2018 tax transcript, and proof of domicile (if your physical address is not in the US).
Joint-Sponsor: I-864, proof of U.S. Status (passport, birth certificate, certificate of naturalization, green card), proof of U.S. Domicile (lease, mortgage, utility bill, car re gistration, voter registration, etc.),  and 2018 tax transcript.

Got approved! Decided to check https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/. Didn’t receive a text or email. Still shows “Case Received” in the case tracker app

I just randomly decided to call USCIS contact center to see if there was any status update and I was advised that My Husband and I were approved!!! Aaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!

No updates still saying Case received. The woman I spoke with said told me it's not updated online but the NOA2 was mailed out to me May 1, 2019. So I should be receiving in the mail very soon.

worth the wait received an email from uscis today 

NOA2 on Tuesday, April 16th. Looks like they updated the website on Tuesday, April 23rd (Today), but they said the case was sent out to the Department of State yesterday. Will report back when I get the NVC letter.

Congratulations!!!!! So exciting. My husband and I are Sept 14 TSC. 

got approved! it says "on april 19th" but my husband found out this morning when he checked his uscis account. (he checks his account everyday, so i guess uscis just updated today after easter holiday... )  no update on case tracker app or he didnt receive any email.   at texas center and our pd is sept 10th. 

Hi all! Received our approval notice today, after 7.5 months of patience!!! Can’t believe it....
NOA2 date April 12, I checked my case status online just this morning and there was no update! Hang in there, we’re all getting close!!

No notification by text or email, no updates on any of the USCIS websites or apps!

No update online nor in case tracker app.
 
Two days ago, I called USCIS to make sure they had my updated address in the system and the agent (Mr. Paul) told me the address was updated and that I was approved. Called for one reason and found out I was approved. Didn't believe it until I saw the NOA2.
 
Something else I also did was the include 2 copies (one in front of packet and one in back) of vital info such as passport bio page, birth certificate and marriage certificate just in case one copy was lost. 

Married 8/11/18. Filed I-130 on 9/13/18 to Chicago Lockbox. Received text message 9/18/18. Case sent to Texas Service Center. Filing for Husband. Country: Jamaica 🇯🇲
