My case just transferred AGAIN for the second time  "On March 14 your form I-751 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction" , I have N-400 interview next week so I am assuming they transferred to my local service center, but who knows

I had the same flight itinerary with Delta last summer (in July) , I had no issues with an expired GC and extension. Delta is aware 100% of the combo.

F1 students are non-immigrants, and as such are exempt from registering for the Selective Service. In fact in N400 application form , page 16 it says 
Are you a male who lived in the United States at any time between your 18th and 26th birthdays? (This does not include living in the United States as a lawful nonimmigrant.)

I went last summer to morocco for 3 weeks with my expired GC and 12 months extension and I have not encountered any problem , everyone seems to be familiar with the those papers. I had 13 hours layover in Paris , France and had 0 problem.
 

I'm in the same situation with you guys and mine is WAC1807* ....I filed my N-400 ( I have interview in March)

Oh yeah I forgot about that part. Mine showed up in the afternoon of the day I got notification.

Yes like I mentioned , I had 13 hours layover in Paris and I stayed at the airport the whole night , I know for sure that Moroccans don’t need transit visa if they have layover in Paris unless you are changing airport and you have to go out then you need transit visa.

Then ask to speak to tier 2. It is an immigration officer who have access to system and not like those representative who just read script.

They started approving Feb cases...Gezzzz

Wow it looks like they have touched some cases in December 2017 , that's a good news.
