your current marriage hasnt ended.... therefore it is blank.

debbiedoo got a reaction from Elays in Changing last name necessary?
no you do not have to change your name.
no one (CBP, USCIS, etc) cares if you do or don't.

debbiedoo got a reaction from C & O in Can i pay for I-129f by Western Union or MoneyGram
You can get a MONEY ORDER from western union(IN the US) and send it in. But you can not send in a direct wire transfer via western union.

my husband is in a union and we receive statements for every single time we use the insurance. Did you ever go to the doctor?

debbiedoo got a reaction from AKN2 in Need advice on potentially cancelling a petition
we cancelled it near the interview state because we decided to adjust status directly. All it entailed was mailing a letter to USCIS. took quite some time for them to respond to it, but eventually they did.
Never make ANY decisions like revoking a petition in anger. There is no rush. You can NOT undo it, but you can drag the process out or simply fail to complete it and it will die on its own.

debbiedoo reacted to Marieke H in Failed - What next?
While the practice test is great to test yourself, it only includes 20 random questions out of the 100. He needs to study all 100 questions and their answers, and not just hope that all 100 will eventually show up if he does the practice test over and over.
The question about reasons to immigrate is probably the question referenced by @Family above.

I am intrigued why he is not handling this?
It is his naturalization not yours.

debbiedoo reacted to Chancy in next step? Residency for child under 21
Your husband is a USC? If so, that's a long time for I-130 processing for child under 21 of a USC.
Once you get the NVC welcome letter, follow the instructions to pay fees, fill out DS-260, submit financial support and civil documents. Process overview here -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition/step-2-begin-nvc-processing.html
Does he have his RCMP police certificate yet? If not, apply for one asap.

I agree with you...but I think D!ck is under the impression the sterotype fits and he'll be more successful elsewhere. Til he's not. And the rest of us ladies will just laugh and laugh and laugh. If anything, the Filipina ladies often have it tough and know exactly what they want. It won't be that jerkface.
On the American version, can we PUHLEASE stop bringing loud mouth Angela on already?! Ugh! I also didn't need the list of what Kim and Usman call "doing it".

Is anyone watching 90 Day UK edition right now? Because if yes, I want to bring up King Richard's definition of "wife" on last week's ep. It is apparently an acronym for:
Washing
Ironing
####ing
Et cetera
!!!

OP can do this
It's a black and white form, there is no room for interpretation (facts)
Doable on your own.
Same.
On the other hand, if the spouse is not cooperative, an attorney can't force them.
If the marriage was in good faith, how is OP going to out themselves in trouble?
We can agree to disagree, but it is to be noted that most lawyers will tell you that you absolutely need them for a divorce waiver because they're after the money...

I know I'm preaching to the choir but it seems moronic that they'd have someone go through the citizenship interview and then make them wait another year or more for the 751 interview. Sounds like some of our elected representatives need to be pushed to force a change in agency policy.

debbiedoo reacted to Eric-Pris in 90 Day Fiance -- season ??? [merged threads]
I'm watching Minion Mike hearing "I DON'T LOVE YOU" and him saying that he's willing to give her a chance to "work on their relationship"
Then he asks "can you sleep with me? Please" So he's begging a gold digger to give him some,,,, what desperation.
He should have a big L tattooed on his forehead
