O.K. I would still call directly to check, anyone moderately savvy with a computer can spoof a phone number (call you and make it look like they are calling from a different phone number). Make sure you go to the same office where you got your medical test only. Good luck!Ah, OK man, it doesn't sound too bad then. USD7! It could be that they didn't realise you are missing a vaccine or a test or something like that. Still, good luck!!

Approved, 5 minutes after leaving the interview!!!
I secured a second sponsor, but it wasn't necessary. The officer didn't ask for any update on my husbands employment but asked me if I was now working (I am, for three months now). The agent was nice and I managed to make her laugh. Our interview lasted 5 minutes and I got an email update stating that I was approved before I got to the car! We are fortunate that we have thoroughly documented our relationship and had previously submitted many documents to support my A.O.S., K-1 and I-129F applications.

Just to make it clear, I now have an AOS interview appointment in a couple of weeks.

Do you have a joint sponsor?
There's no sponsor. My husband (a US citizen) signed my affidavit of support.

Hello
My AOS interview has been rescheduled. Our circumstances have changed since I applied for AOS:
- My other half isn't working due to a COVID shutdown
- I have received an EAD and I am now working
I am wondering:
- I need to take an employment letter with my new job. What should the letter state? I assume it should be: salary, is it a permanent role, location. Anything else?
- What other docs would you take due to the change of circumstances? Our monthly income has increased a bit since we applied, we have always been above the poverty line requirement. The only change we have at the moment is who is the main earner in the family.

Another same sex couple here. K1 visa was approved without issues.
The application is sort of a package and the supporting evidence is there to backup your story... as long as it makes it credible then you’re fine.
e.g. We lived together for years before my husband Returned to the US because of a job offer. Our K1 application has no photos because we had evidence we had lived together (apartment lease, tax returns, pay slips), evidence we had traveled together ( tickets and boarding passes), evidence I had visited him in the US, etc.
You have to prove you have met and that the relationship is credible. if you have met recently then you need to show how you’re doing what new couples do... that’s when you need photos.
Denied Boarding A Flight - Help
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures

First step to addressing a problem is determining exactly what the problem is, so you can address the issue. I’d start by contacting your local consulate - specifically a CBP agent. if they are unable to tell you, I’d reach out to an immigration office in the US. This should be what you’re focusing on: once you know what the problem is, you can figure out how to fix it.
As a side note, denied boarding is not uncommon. The final decision for immigration related issues is typically taken by the CBP. The airlines will follow whatever they’re told to do - otherwise a fine will be applied to the carrier.
