    Since yours is an expedited case , your file should be at the embassy already. somebody said they contacted the embassy and the embassy assigned them the date after two weeks. try your luck.

    I know how frustrating it is, I am waiting since  March 19 ( eight days now) for them to review the new documents I uploaded, but they didn't yet. I had notice on 19th about rejected documents.After I replaced them the status keeps the same. It seems an endless journey...
    I hope you get the date for the interview soon and it goes well.

    Just keep trying that's all you can do, it's like trying to book a flight when no seat is available, you keep trying, someone may reschedule or anything can happen and you get a a free space, don't give up now, goodluck.

    Then it looks like your expedite was approved by the USEM. You didn't get notice of expedite approval? 
    Now you have to wait unitl USEM tells you of your interview date; call the USEM again for direction.

    That is strange. Looks like your case was sent to the USEM or maybe it's just a mistake in their system. Did you request expedite? Are you IR1/CR1 or K-1?
    I think you should call NVC to find out what's going on.

    In transit means your case file is being sent to the US embassy. If your case file is still at NVC, it will say at NVC.

    What do u mean in transit? When i logged in to nvc it says my case in manila,philippines. Enlighten me pls with this journey. Thanks

    I understand your question now; it varies. Some people have got literally one week to do medicals, some had 2 weeks until interview, some had a month. It varies.
    Does it say documentarily qualified? If so, you are case complete.

    Thanks. Not following your question well. Do you mean how many days after CC to get interview appointment? or how many days is the interview day from when your get your interview appointment?
    Either ways in both cases in varies from person to person, case to case, embassy to embassy. There's is no clear way of knowing.

    Update: I got interview email letter today just 6 days after Case complete:
    CC: 3/13/19
    Interview letter: 3/19/19
    Interview day: 4/25/2019
    USEM: Accra, GH
     
    I say more progress. Wishing everyone speedy interview appointment.

    Filled out DS-260 and checked it 100 times. Will upload the documents tomorrow. And submit it. Hopefully it'll be easy from this point onward. I just want to breathe, it's been a painful 3 years for us.

    I'm now able to start the process. Called 3 times. The first time they said it's already cleared. I hanged up and checked, upon checking nothing, then I called again and then the person answering said: "Who says its cleared? Its not" But after all it looks its cleared. 
     
    I can't do anything with it anyway, I just hope this site does still work over the weekend.

    Mine says paid too! I think from here on out we deal with NVC because they review our docs, but obviously if CEAC goes down or something, we'll be affected.  I hope to get out of CEAC ASAP because i hate it haha

    BTW just some extra sharing here. I tried reaching out to both of my senators when we had issues, they were both equally unhelpful. The Office of General Inspector is also unreachable. 
    I just hope smooth sailing for everyone from this point onward as I don't foresee any immediate relief from anyone that could potentially help us.
