Adoption that will depend on local laws, adoption as a route to immigration is a completely different and complicated situation and certainly most of the cases we see here it would not be a practical route.

Yes, adoption is an option since his biological parents are deceased. You should look into the adoption process first before immigration. Maybe contact some adoption agencies or lawyers. Be aware that this will not be a quick process and can take years. And even after that, you will have to deal with immigrating him which can also take months to over a year.

First,  bed sure to work with the Child Protection and Family Services Agency (CPFSA) as they are the only acency approved to take you though the adoption process.  The child must be able to be classified as an orphan and you must be a resident of the child's country.  Once final adoption is granted.. standard immigration processing would follow based on the (now) parent's legal status.

Hey guy my interview went well and I was approved.  My husband is about to book my ticket but in my passport it still have my maiden name I haven’t changed it. For my husband use my married name in the filling process. Should he use my married name when buy the ticket since that’s what he use when filing or my maiden name as in my passport? Please

Yesterday was my 8 weeks and I called this morning and was told they received my results sometime this month but it’s not completed as yet and will call me when it is. Smh I hope it won’t take long.

It's generally 8 weeks for a clean result, although it can be extended based on what they see. If positive for TB, they will let you know at that time (not at the end of 8 weeks).

it's not okay to be in an abusive relationship. An abusive relationship is not worth. [ funny story  - its been a week that I was working more than 14 hrs a day because we are integrating our software with a big brand. And Sunday night I picked my wife from the airport around 2 AM. Had to go to work early around  7 AM.  At the end of Monday, I was super exhausted and went home. I was a cranky and I snapped at something.
 
my wife says .. gosh u are a cranky today.. And she put me to sleep and laid next to me. I woke up around 9 PM and I felt so guilty that I snapped at her for no reason that evening. I apologized for being a cranky and this morning I woke up  6AM and fixed her breakfast in bed and wrote a couple of love notes for her before I left to work. 
 
one word don't stay in abusive relationship.

I made it to US last week my porty of entry is new York( jfk),everything went smoothly the custom officer was funny and nice,he ask me about my address where my green card will be mail to t hats it and he stamp my passport  then I went board my next flight..i wanna thank you guys with all the help I got in here....finally I'm help with my wife living together with my daughter..i pray for everybody approval speedy process to be with their loved ones..thanks guys

Medical canceled my interview because  Had to do a Sputum test last week so now I have to wait 2 months before I can go to interview.
