i am filing for Adjustment of status petiton, she is here on K-1 visa. what needs to be done for the medical? seems i seen somthing about she only needs a Vaccinatin report? can she use the one she had in the philippines? or does she need to see a doctor here? i belive she needs to file out form I-693A. also i was going to do a change of address because we just moved, but as i read form I-865 "change of address" it say i have to send in that form if i have sent in a petition for Adjustment of Status. whitch im doing now.

i am filing form I-485 "adjustment of status" my wife will soon have a child and will not be working or leaving the country any time soon, has anyone file forms I-131 "app for travel" and form I-765 "app for employment" after the filed form I-485? is it a bad idea? any info would be great

we are now married and im looking to see what forms i need to file? she is here on a "k-1 visa" the fee for form I-485 looks like 325.00 plus 70.00. any info will be great. what are the time lines? she is about to give birth and will not be working for awhile or leaving the country.

i have filed my k1 visa the papers have been recived on oct 2nd 2006, my fiancee is 12 weeks pregnant and i would like to know if i should wright a "letter as a statement indicating awareness of the pregnancy" ?

i filed for my philippines fiance a K1 visa apt. she is now pregnant and i need to know what to do? will the child need a visa too? should i inform them about her being pregnant? will this delay the procedings? if i send a letter to them and tell them about she being pregnant, what should be in the letter? please help i don't have much time before the time is up.
