  1. I-130 filed: 3/22/21 (online) I -130 Case Approved: 5/10/21 Case sent to NVC: 5/13/21 *Fees paid shortly after Completed filling out Affidavit of Support and uploading all civil and income documents: 6/30/21
  2. I am working on my petition for both parents and have completed the affidavit of support forms. We are at the NVC stage. 1. Are W-2s acceptable instead of the Tax Return transcripts? I printed out my 2020 transcript and it is 46 pages long. 2. Do I need to send TWO COPIES of financial documents (W2 / tax transcripts), one for each parent, along with the affidavit of support? I am assuming they will be scheduled for interview together, but not sure how this works. They will be interviewed at the Manila embassy, so appreciate any feedback from those of you who have gone through this.
  3. Update: I paid for the AOS fee and IV fee for one parent. I then went ahead and accessed the file for the other parent. The AOS fee for the second parent was already shown as "Processing." Does this sound right? There is only 1 AOS fee that needs to be paid for both?
  4. Hi everyone, I am petitioning both my parents and just received the emails from the NVC with the case and invoice numbers for each parent. I just want to clarify -- do I pay just one AOS fee for both parents? I am referring to this line on the online form: -If you are a U.S. citizen with petitions for your unmarried son(s), unmarried daughter(s), and/or parent(s) also in process at the National Visa Center, you only need to submit one AOS Fee for this case and all Related Cases. Thanks in advance!
  5. 3/22/21 Submitted for online I-130 5/11/21 Received two emails saying action has been taken Logged into my USCIS account and both cases were approved on 5/10/21 Is this what they call Documentarily Qualified?
