You can not marry unless you have cancelled your K1 with immigration first. Did you get denied ? I see that you were given AP? Why would you marry if you are just waiting for your name to clear? If your K1 is still open and you marry both petitions could be cancelled. Make sure you check first.

My husband got the call to bring his passport in to the embassy. He dropped it off at 1 and was told to come back at 3pm. He came back and they told him his visa wasnt ready yet. And they would call him. That was tuesday and still no call. Has anyone had any experiences with this? I so totally dont know what to think. I am so worried. I think they should have called him by now. Please anyone, can you give me some advice or your eperiences if youve heard of this happening? thank you

if i don't mistake i know your husband ,i was there whene they told few person that theme visa is not ready but you don't have to worry that much is just some administrative procceding in casa

and hopefuly they will called him soon

if your husband from meknes i think he is the one that i meet

now it's 2 month 7 day that i pass my interview ,my fiancee gone crazy we call each day they say it will take 2 to 8 weeks now it will take 2 to 4 months that's crazy ,i know how you feel

all what can i say focus in ur life and don't called theme each day and believe you will be with your fiancee and this time should make us very near to our love and make each other very patient and strong

i get 221g but the CO say that i have to wait for admenisstration check and it will take 2 months not it's been longer

what i can say you (must ) contact your gongressman

he will help you and give you all the information that you want

the consular tell me that i have to wait for 2 months ,it's just have fellings if this it's true or we still have to wait couples of..................

my love is really sick she can't focus at everythings in her life just wait for me to be there ,i'm really worried sometimes about her but you know waitings is killing us so bad

Indeed documents in the native language/languages are acceptable for most consulates. I still advise you to inquire directly with the one in Casa... so you know for sure what to do.

My fiance had interview today got 221g. It says your application requires further administrative processing. We will contact you as soon as we are able to continue processing your application.

What does this mean? I have read about AR but is AP different? The lady did not say anything to him. Any help would be greatly appreciated

it's a processing in washington DC it's the case like me i did my interview NOV 7 and i still wait

my fiancee called DOS many time and all what they say is we have to wait my case is clear and nothing with it but nothing don't hear just wait until the processed is done and we have too

i really wish to be with my fiancee in christmas and all what i can say we are adapted of waiting and we have too now it's the last step to be with our love

whene u call DOS make sure that ur fiancee if she is the one that she will call to have the case number(it's not (LIN) the one that it's start with CSBxxxxxxx

call between 8:30am to 4:30pm

It just says that there is an administrative procedure that has to be done in Washington before continuing, and that they will contact you by phone when they're done to tell you to come back with your passport so they can give you the visa and your immigration packet. It looks like standard administrative processing to me, too. Hopefully, you'll get the visa in no time!

i get the same thing my interview was NOV 7 it's suck to wait all the time ,but i try to my best and i call the department of security in washington and thene ,they was give us good news it say that if i don't get it in 4 to 6 weeks i have to wait for 3 to 4 months it's just the processing

This is normal for Casa. Sometimes the wait lasts 2 weeks sometimes several months. You just need to wait a little longer. Good luck
