There is another couple from the Phil with your same timeline and they just got their approval on Friday. Your's is right around the corner. I am going to give you some tools that will help you watch the timelines of others from the Philippines.
There are several tools available to you. Go up to Immigration Timelines on the blue ribbon above and select it. Once you are on the next page looked to your left and you will see a box that states, "find similar timelines" and select it. A list will populate with those who are processing close to your timeline. When they start to change you will soon be behind them.
Also, there is another place you can go and follow others who are processing the same time you are and for the same Embassy. Go to the blue ribbon at the top of this page and select "portals". Scroll down the left-hand side of the page till you get to VJ "your country's name" Timelines. Just below it you'll see "K-1" so you select it and out pops a window with others from your country.
Do you guys have your NBI Clearance? Have you looked over your documents for spelling errors or wrong dates? Does the beneficiary have enough time in her passport to make the trip. Needs at least 6 months but I recommend more than a year. If not you need to get the passport renewed before the interview. Does the BC match the Passport name? These are but a few of the "gotchas" for the Philippines Embassy.
Once you receive your case number it's time to be in charge of what time you choose when things get done. To smooth that trail for you I have a few things that will help you process your visa there in the Philippines.
Start by visiting Hanks site where he has taken the time and research, and of course it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps he includes the what, when and why to completing the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.

Next you'll want to connect with those who are processing through the Philippines in the VJ Philippines sub-forum that way you will be with like minded ppl who are sharing their experiences and also asking and answering questions. Since most in this thread are processing through another country they would be hard pressed to explain what is needed for the Philippines.

You'll find this on Hank's website but I will give it to you early and that is the Packet 3 Letter for USEM. It's found here:
https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/
Here is the Packet 3 letter.
There you have it. Everything you need to get your visa. Good luck and smooth sailing.
Thanks for these! Would my fiancé need to send me his physical I-134 form or would a scanned copy work?

I received this today. I know it doesn’t mean much and that it’s just an update for us, but can someone PLEASE just tell me that the NOA2 comes a few days later??????? I login to my account twice a day so I don’t know why I got it (I’m just wishful thinking right now haha)...
We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time
We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on August 31, 2018.
I got this as well! Took action date: August 29. Praying it will be soon!

OP, I found this blog for you that you may find helpful. It seems that the Philippines Bureau of Animal Industry /Department of Agriculture is the one that issues the export permit.

Hope you and your kitty can have a safe fun trip to the US.
Wow. Thank you!

There will also be certain forms based on the state in which you land. We landed in New York, and had to have proof of certain vaccinations. So check first with your airline, then be sure you have the right info for the state of your POE.

Thanks, Sukie.

My relative is moving to Philippines next week.
They are taking two dogs, they bought them a seat on a non US Carrier next to his seat, he has them as emotional support animals. He had to get some type of international paperwork signed off by a vet, and jump thru some other type of hoops by getting some type of documents to get them on the plane.
My suggestion is. Check with the airlines first, and then see what is needed by US Customs, it should all be available via google.
Thank you for your advice.

Make sure you don't need also some sort of international veterinary certificate issued by your country health department or similar. For example in my home country you need the vet certificate (with rabies, etc) and then also the final authorization by the government agency that verifies the pet has all the vaccines, that a veterinarian has issued a health certificate, etc. This agency/department will issue you the international certificate for the dispatch of pets that you will need to show at your final destination.
Thank you for this. I have heard of this government certificate as well. I'll reasearch more on that.

Yes, it needs to be chipped.
Go to the website of whatever's airline youll be traveling with, and all requirements will be listed there.
Aw, was hoping he wouldn't need to be microchipped. Thank you.

microchipping isnt required but is a good idea!
far as i know you have it all. my fiance moved his dogs down from Canada last year (driving) easy peasy. had their shots updated and was good to go. you can get an airline approved carrier online (amazon) or at most big box stores, if you have them there, i dont know (ie walmart)
Thank you! I see websites for pet passports. Are those legit?

Hi, all! I have a pet cat that I wish to bring to America. We just finished with his vaccinations for the year and his next dose/s wouldn't be until next year. Aside from the <10 day-old health certificate from the vet, what else do I need to prepare in order for him to safely travel with me? Here's what I found online. Please share what you know.
1. Vaccination records
2. Airline-approved pet carrier - my cat is 5.15 kg, how big should the carrier be? Know where I could buy this? I'm from the Philippines.
3. Microchipping - Is this a requirement in the U.S.?
Any other documents? Thak you for your time.

Hello! Quick question: how do I know that our case had been transferred or not? Saw that in one thread, most, if not all, cases are transferred from TSC to CSC. We got our NOA1 on March 8.
Thanks!!
