Mistakes like this is very common and can be easily corrected at the interview. 

I am sure you had to present some sort of supporting document with your date of birth, perhaps a copy of passport bio page or birth certificate.

My friend re uploaded the the letter that her husband wrote explaining  why he did not file taxes and the 1099 from social security she also send the same documents  with an explanation  in an email to the embassy. She had her interview on December  16th and was approved. Her visa was  issued the next day.

My friend has an interview  on December 16th  at the Trinidad  embassy. She got an email from thr embassy  to upload husband's  tax transcript.  Her husband has no tax transcript because he collects ssdi benifits, which is below the amount  needed to file with irs. He wrote a letter stating  such when documents was uploaded to nvc. What should  she do?

Uscis and nvc is working very fast on some case. My friend received  an email on August  20th that her case was approved  by uscis and another email on August 24th with case and invoice number from Nvc. I was really amazed.

After medical she still has 6 months to enter the us which will definitely get her that 10 year green card and avoid the hassle of ROC

This sounds more like temporary work visas more than spousal or family visas. K1 and CR1, etc, are not temporary.
 
It doesn't seem logical to block spousal visas as they are not a threat to take American jobs (any time soon).

You can take your EAD card to the SS office and apply  for your ss card

It can take up to 8 weeks to recieve your case number. Calling them everyday is not going to make them give it to you faster, you are now at the beginning of the the nvc process

It's a good sign that they kept the passport. You need to have a lot of patience with this immigration process. Keep checking the website and good luck. 

The green card fee has to be paid to uscis, after recieving visa in hand you will also get the in instructions on how to pay the fee. It is recommended that the fee be paid before entering the US.

I would advise that you divorce him and move on. You need  evidence to prove to uscis that he got married to you only for immigration purposes.

You need a lot of patience with this immigration process.  Try to immerse yourself in other activities to pass the time and not think too much about the wait, which by the way can be very had sometimes. Good luck. 

You should never book tickets before you have the  visa is in hand. There is quite a number of things that can go wrong.

You just need one co-sponsor if they have an adequate income

This is quite ok, once you do not overstay the time that was given to you by the CBP officer at the time of entry.
