Filled August of 2021 had MSC case number so took about 23 months to get approved no lawyer no interview i hope alot of your guys cases gets approved soon with no interview it seems like they are waiving alot of interviews good luck!

Hi all, our status changed a few times since Saturday now card is being mailed…. Can’t wait to get the card in ours hands!! Next step citizenship!

Woohoo.  (MSC) (CR1) Got a letter in the mail today that on June 12th my card was being produced and that my conditions are being lifted without an interview.  San Francisco office if anyone is in a similar boat.  Have not applied for citizenship, just the removal of conditions.

My husband’s case changed to new card being produced today. We applied Jan 2021, biometrics was done May 2021, case status changed to ready to be scheduled for interview November 2021. We received 2 or 3 (can’t remember) extension letters since then. Today I was shocked to see new card being produced. No interview. 

Congrats, that is wonderful news! 

I mean, the wait is long but its not as bad as it would be if this was the beginning of our immigration journey doing the CR1 visa. At least my husband is here with me. But the the waiting times are ridiculous.

Like a joke — April 1st.

Ohh hopefully that means we have an update but just can’t see it right now, and not that they sent an update email in error.  Fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Also I received the email from my congresswoman's office
"Good afternoon XXX,
I received correspondence from USCIS regarding XXX's case. A review confirms her Form I-751 application is currently pending alongside their Form N-400 application and will be processed simultaneously by the local field office at the time of the N-400 interview.
Their Form N-400 application is currently awaiting interview scheduling by the Dallas Field Office. Although the A-File is still physically located at the National Benefits Center (NBC), the scheduling of her interview is within the jurisdiction of the field office. Once the field office schedules this case for an interview, your constituent will receive an interview notice stating the date and time to appear for the scheduled interview. Once the interview is scheduled, the NBC will then forward the file to the field office.
At this time, processing times for both forms are fluctuating. Since as of right now processing times are 12-18.5 months for the N-400 at the Dallas Field Office, I will follow up with my contact there and see what can be done to schedule it in the near future granted if it has not been scheduled since we last had correspondence on Oct. 15."

I know it's gonna be a long wait for us because we are at MSC.. but thought I'd share an update. 

We had our interview today at Chicago field office. Got there around 8:37 AM and check in by 8:45 AM and Officer called us by 9:10 AM and Interview done by 9:30 AM. Interview was with both of us together
Only asked us 7 questions
1) was our wedding Religious one?
2) Both our parents and family attend the wedding
3) Any previous marriage
4) how many kids you have?
5) Any kids with any prior relationship?
6)Spouse occupation
7)My occupation
 
Then he went over  the I751 application we filled and just making sure all the info is correct.
 
He asked for 2020 tax return and copy of our son birth Certificate
 
Now status changed to New Card Is Being Produced
 

We got out of our interview a few hours ago. It was only 10-15 mins and entirely painless. Our interviewer was a younger Asian guy who didn’t speak Spanish but he was fine with me translating a little bit when my husband needed some gaps filled in.
He asked where he went when he was out of the country in May. He had a checklist of docs and asked if we had kids or a house (based on that). He then wanted joint leases, taxes, health insurance, pics, and joint accounts.
He asked me what I did for a living.
He asked my husband both our names, bdays, and current address.
He asked about a pic of me with my mother-in-law and stepdaughter and if we had both gone to Cuba together then.
Then he went off on a tangent about Cuba since he’d watched some Youtuber who went there.
And boom he went to print out the approval letter.
As he was typing he asked how we knew each other and if we would be petitioning for my stepdaughter in the future (I got the impression he was honestly curious).
Case updated to New Card Being Produced 3 hours later.

Interview tomorrow morning. Send us all the good vibes please 🤞

Got my 10 years GC in the mail today  Next step: applying for citizenship in 2022!

Quick Update:
We just received an email about case being updated, the message: "Card is Being Produced"  as per today May 21, 2021. I will update this when we receive the green card at home!

Hello!! Here a update!!! my interview for. Mac.... My Permanent recidence was yesterday in Hartford ct. office. Everything was good date 12:55. Get in at 1:10 and the interview for about 20 minutes.
now I have a mail that say their will be sending my card by mail in next days

Great news! Just checked my status and it's showing "New Card is being produced" 😁😁

Received Biometric letter today issued on 5/10/21 , Appointment on 6/3/21 , i am MSC with NOA1 on 8/11/20. I hope this will be helpful for All MSC wait list.
