Is it good enough to write about any depression on a sheet of paper with the questionaire or are they going to want a letter from my doctors.Ive had mild depression about 4 times, none lasting more than 6 months. thanx in advance.

I meant vaccination .....lol..learn me to be in a hurry with posting.
-
Just been for my last jab, and asked for my vaccation card, all i got was a A4 size piece of paper that says "vaccation print out" on top, then a list of my injections since 1973, was expecting something alittle more offical looking. Do you think this would be ok? what did others get from their GP? . Thanx in advance, dont want to turn up at the medical with the wrong thing.
-
No you really arnt the only one, i should of had my medical next week, but put it off as i have a chest infection(2nd one in a month), that probably wouldnt have mattered but i worry over stupid things.Have to keep telling myself i DO NOT have some awful diesase. LOL. Anyways im sure others have worried too, we will be fine. Chin up.

Ive just had all the jabs for K1, and when i rang the medical i got told all i needed was TDP and MMR. The MMR is done in 2 lots with a month apart.
I only got one MMR jab. The nurse at Knightsbridge Doctors said that was all I need.
Starting to worry now.
Im just going by my local doctors, maybe theres different strength ones. I had the measles and rubella jabs once in school but hadnt had the humps one, other wise i would have only needed one jab. Sorry if i worried you but i would go by what the nurse at london said. Just curious, what jabs did she say you needed?. I got told just MMR and TDP.
-
yes your husband can go to his local doctors. I took the list of injections listed in packet 3 to my doctors but when i called the medical place in london i got told i only needed MMR and TDP. The MMR one is done in 2 lots with 4 weeks inbetween.Cant see any harm in getting them done now.

Ive got my medical in 8 days time but have just got my 2nd cold in a month, im only just over broncitis, and am scared Its making its way back again, Dont really want to turn up at the medical with a chest infection, as its going to show up on the chest xray. Has anyone had to ask knightsbridge to change the day, also if i put it off for a week or so bill could come with me too
would be easier on me if he was there. Think im worrying too much about having to go to london ill.

A couple of years ago there were VJ members who reported staying at the Marble Arch. What I recall was that considering it was right in downtown London and didn't cost a fortune, it was about right.
Thanx all for your replies....I already had booked it..then read some horror stories about it...lol...oh well its the right price for one night!....Bill

Congrats! But I thought you might like to know that you put your interview date in your timeline wrong-- You have it as next year.
Ouch! 500 days! That would really suck!
I've been impatient since day 1!
LOL..Opps... cheers for pointing that out.

Has anyone stayed at the Inn?...and if so..how was it?
-
Great news, congrats

Thanks to everyone. I guess you now pay at the interview as where it had "payment slip" on the letter its been crossed out.
-
wow, that was quick, only sent off packet 3 two weeks ago.
Well its for 6th March, cant wait as i also get to see Bill again, seems like forever since we were last together. Good luck to everyone else waiting for packet 4.

booking info for knightsbridge doctors, telephone 020 7584 9458 mon-fri from 9am to 5pm. You must quote your case number, i also had to give my visa card number. If after you have booked you need to cancel for any reason, remember to give them 3 days notice otherwise they charge you £80. Since you dont have packet 3 you wont have the med questionnaire that you have to take with you, dunno if you can find it on here at all, but its form Iv21a. Hope this helps.

I am coming from America to go to the interview with my fiancee..I know I need to bring a notarized I-134...a letter from my employer...a letter from my bank showing all deposits from the last year. As far as tax transcripts go, do I need the last three years along with the W-2's..any pay stubs? Thanks much...Bill
