ELW got a reaction from amul in Addressing age difference in K1 Petition
I'm in a similiar posistion, because my fiance is 15 years younger than me, from India. I did NOT address the issue in my I-129F posistion. I don't think it will be much of an issue, but we are ready if it comes up at the interview.

ELW got a reaction from sachinky in 5 year Indian tourist visa?
My understanding is, you can easily apply for a 5- or 10-year tourist visa to India. The only problem is, you can only stay six months at a time, then you have to leave India for at least two months before re-entering India for up to another six months. It is the longer-term Entry Visas which are limited to those of Indian descent.
After you are married, as a spouse of an Indian national, you can apply for a PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card, which is valid for 15 years and you can stay in India as long as you like and leave and return whenever you want - so, be sure to get that once you are married!

I have actually read several cases on VJ, where people get the message that their interview has been canceled but they ignore it and go anyway, they got interviewed! If I was in your position I would just have your hubby go in anyway and not say anything, as if he never got that phone call. Even if they don't interview him, what will he lose? Since the interview is at the local office, maybe he can get a new date while there, or at least find out the reason why it was canceled. Good luck!

Sorry about your problems with your husband.
I agree with the others. Why all the tension and worry? Wait for another two years and things will be settled down and you won't have to prove anything about your marriage or feel like you are dishonest in any way.
