You definitely should put in a service request . We just got approved for EAD last week. It took about 217 days from first NOA. It was handled by NBC which just decreased the processing time to 7mo.

Hope everyone is doing okay who didn’t have the interview yet (like me). 
So I just checked the processing time and it went down!!! It was like 15 months for Santa Ana and now it’s only 11,5 months! 
hopefully all of us gonna get a nice interview scheduled for Christmas!

So.... 240 days after arrival into the US and the day has FINALLY arrived!!! I'm ecstatic!! 🥳
 

My I-765 was approved yesterday, after 200 days of waiting and 2 service requests! Keep faith if you havent gotten yours yet, my case is complicated as hell and I got mine.

I just wanted to say Hi to everyone! It’s been a week that I work at Petco. Part time job with full time hours. 
I still read the thread daily but no time to respond to anyone. I feel so bad for all of you who’s still waiting for their EAD. Congratulations to everyone who already had their successful interview! 
My close friend and her husband is a November filer and they haven’t got their EAD but last night they got the “Interview was scheduled “ update in Los Angeles. Since Santa Ana has at least 13 months waiting, I’m not expecting our interview until next March or April. 
Who still wait for their EAD, please try to stay strong! We all can survive this!! There is a light at the end of the tunnel!! I keep praying for everyone! 

3 weeks exactly after my EAD got approved, finally my SSN card is in hand! 

So apparently, the USPS lost my EAD. I went to the post office this morning and the post office manager said the mailman scanned it yesterday as delivered. I told the manager that I can clearly see that on the Informed delivery app, however it is not delivered otherwise I wouldn't be here and complaining. The manager said he can't do anything because it is scanned as delivered. (I'm saying curse words but I can't write them in here, so just imagine).
So I called USCIS they said wait a few days before I request a lost card inquiry... Also, no sign of SSN yet. Great.

I was shopping for the interviews yesterday 😂😂 I already sent out at least 40 applications and actually I’ve got 2 replies 🎉

My card has been picked up by USCIS and due to be delivered Friday - I have signed up for a job fair next week and bought 2 new interview dresses today haha 😃

Hello all,  March filer here.  Been reading the thread before posting.  171 pages to catch up on took some work!!
 
NOA March 22nd, biometrics Apr 30th.   Hoping for positive news on AP and EAD within days or weeks. .   Dallas field office for 485, so 14 months minimum.

Ridiculous - makes me so angry when I think about it too much. Why don’t they want my tax money!!!??? I am willing to give them tax money just let me work 😭😭😭

So just an updated. For my online inquiry I’ve got an update on the egov “old” site that’s says they didn’t assign my inquiry to anyone. I called them and asked Tier2 what is that mean. The guy said they’re experiencing so many inquiries so it’s like a game someone get assigned and get approved while the others still have to wait on the line. I asked him what line is he talking about because my NOA is March 6 and still no EAD for me while April and May filers are having their interview and getting their EAD so what line are we talking about? Basically he said that inquiry doesn’t promise you to get the EAD . It depends how lucky you are. I am extremely furious. @Romei can you share your antidepressant with me??

When are you considered out of normal processing times? Our PD is March 18th and we haven't heard a thing since my fingerprints 103 days ago. 😩

I know right!! But it is really hard to sit at the house all day and cant do anything about it

Just this morning Inquiry Date is March 2, now it’s March 3! Is this true!!! I hope it is! 🤞🏼
 

My petition originally went to the Santa Ana office, but because them and all the surrounding offices are so backed up, some of them got transfered to the San bernandino office (thats what the IO told me). Even with that he was suprised mine got through that fast, since he said they are still working on December/January filers. Hopefully more march filers get lucky like i did

Hey, so they received our petition on Feb 26, 2019. My husband (from France) then went for his biometrics appointment in March. Since late March, we haven't heard anything and are anxiously waiting for his EAD to arrive. I tried to open up an inquiry on the USCIS website because this seems like outside of normal processing time to take so long for work authorization. I got a message saying inquiry could not be opened because it's within processing times. Anyone have any advice or maybe this torturous wait is happening for you too?
