No, there are few April Filers from Texas , SRC who got the 10 years Greencard approval a month before me. I think there are 4 or 5 peoples who got Approved without interview in Total for April 2021 Filers. Hopefully USCIS will approve all your GC soon. Finger Crossed!

Will not be surprised if someone hasn't sent a whole crate (attached). If the attached ever hits my desk and I am the IO, my supervisor must surely hate me. I will just submit resignation.
Someone here had sent like 1000 pages, and that was just chats. I even wonder how they knew it was 1000. Did they count it? If 1000 was just chats, I wonder what else they included in the package and what was the final package size.
I have seen and also heard, of people who sent steamy bedroom pictures and texts. This one might get my attention and even if you send a crate, I will not resign. Just joking 😂 on this one. Please, keep bedroom stuff and sexy name calls to yourselves. They do not prove anything.

P.S I know you cannot submit the attached. What I am merely referring to is mountain of evidence the size of the attached.

Yes. I know the person personally. The person told me, and I quote "Oooo I thought I was just to fill and send the form? That is what I did." I looked at the person and was like 😳.

Anyway, the person's I-751 was approved. That was last year. This was the most shocking USCIS story I have ever encountered.

Mine was less than 40 pages in total. What made the pages were 3 or 4 bank statements (we have both joint debit and CC. I just chose the one with less pages of statement, which I think was CC, I do not remember), and rest was taken by 2 IRS transcripts. I remember fitting everything in a flat A4 envelope and the envelope looked flat as hell.

As already mentioned, it is quality that matters, not quantity.

Where is @Timona? Timona knows someone who got approved without any evidence - just the I-751 form.

There's something to be said for "quality" over "quantity".  Loading up a package with tons and tons of paperwork that isn't very strong evidence-wise won't guarantee a smooth process.  By the same merit, sending in a mere 20 - 30 pages (if even) doesn't mean that you will get an RFE if what you sent over is some really strong evidence.

Pick your strongest evidence and prioritize that - tax returns, leases, beneficiary designations, joint bank statements, automobile registration, loans etc.  If after assembling, it looks a little weak in some areas, then go ahead and supplement with some more items - photos, affidavits, pet license registrations, etc.

    Hello,

I am getting ready to put together my I-751 and after following a few threads here the amount of evidence people are sending seems staggering. One persons package weighed 23lb!

So far I have got all the regular stuff together, finances, insurance, home ownership, trips away etc and I am confident my evidence will be way below 100 pages, maybe even below 50.

Which is right? I cannot help but think overloading and drowning the officers with 1000s of pages of evidence contributes to the problem of how slow the USCIS is.....or am I missing something and my I-751 is insufficient?

Would be interesting to hear how many pages (approx.) you guys sent.

    Thanks. Great forum as always.

Looking back I had a grand total of 44 pages, 20 of which were tax return transcripts, the rest were joint apartment contracts, insurance, joint property deed, property tax statements and some random utility bills that were in either one of our names. No photos, no affidavits.

I was approved without interview and no RFEs so no issues - I'd think the married filing jointly tax returns along with the rental contracts and property documents carry the most weight showing that we do live together.

    Good luck!

How silly of me, yes I am totally wrong on this. And I even did my check for $680, brain fart moment probably half awake after nursing baby. My apology for the wrong information 🤦🏾‍♀️

@Nouchigang You might want to recheck the amount you need to send in.  It should be $680 total ($595 + $85 = $680). If you send in $765, that's the wrong amount and it will be rejected. Hope this helps.

When I did my ROC I only sent in quarterly bank statements and I was approved with no RFE and no interview. The key is to make sure the bank statements cover the whole time period from when you were married.

I actually did receive a text from the G-1145.  I guess it depends on who your agent is that first processes your application.
