Kieth@May got a reaction from Oksmanoks in AOS AUGUST 2018 FILERS FROM K-1 [merged threads]
Me and my 2 K2’s AOS Timeline: APPROVED
Date Filed: August 27, 2018
NOA1 Date: August 30, 2018
Biometrics Appt: October 5, 2018
Employment Authorization Approved: February 7, 2019
Advance Parole Approved: February 7, 2019
Combo Card Received Date: February 14, 2019
AOS Interview Date: April 23, 2019
P.S. CIS OFFICE is in San Antonio, Texas. The USCIS website updated our case to “New Card is Being Produced” exactly an hour after our interview. No additional paperworks were being asked during the interview with the Immigration Officer. The interview lasted for an hour and questions were only about my husband and my personal information.
Good luck to those who are still waiting for their interview appointment! 😊

POE at O'Hare Int'l Airport in Chicago yesterday - no questions asked by CBP! Very smooth entry to UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Itinerary:
Cebu-Shanghai China (delayed for 1 hr and 20 minutes on China Eastern Airlines)
Shanghai-O'Hare Int'l Airport ( China Eastern made a new arrangement on our flight since we didn't catch our original flight going to San Francisco which was supposed to be our POE, so, if you missed your flight, you don't have to worry cos airline will take care of that with no charge at all)
Chicago-Austin (very smooth process in getting our baggage)

Yay, got our passports with the visas.
Our timeline:
Noa 1: Sept 20, 2017
Noa 2: March 20, 2018
Medical Exam: May 7, 2018
Interview: May 14, 2018
Visa Issued: May 16, 2018
Visa On Hand: May 26, 2018
PS. It should have been sooner, however, I had to render 30 days prior to my resignation from my company. Good thing cos for me, I was able to get a Certificate of Employment which I can use when I'll apply for work. (Company is US Based)
Good luck to those who are still waiting. We all really need PATIENCE for this waiting game.

You don't need to wait for the NVC letter. All you need to do is check the CEAC status tracker https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=NIV and you can screenshot the status of your case with your MNL case number. You can print it and St. Lukes will accept that. As long as you have you MNL case number, you can proceed with scheduling your USEM visa interview and medical at St.Lukes.
BTW, I've seen a lot of people doing that when I went to St. Lukes last May 7 for my medical. Goodluck on your visa approval and medical. 😊

We had our interview on May 14 at 6:40am at US Embassy Manila, the whole interview process only took less than an hr. WE WERE APPROVED!!! Consular Officer didn't ask for the Affidavit of Support and even Proof of Relationship (Photos, Chat Logs and etc). Most of the questions were about my previous jobs overseas. Interview only lasted for less than 5 minutes. Very smooth process.
Goodluck to everyone who are still waiting for their interview and approval. We will be together soon with our SO. 😊

Yes, you need an actual wet signature of him signed on the letter of intent to marry. That's the only document USCIS asked you to send to them. I'm not sure if you need to send the rest of the paperworks.
