Leave blank or put "N/A" for travel document.

Enter info about all her children, including you, even if your info is repeated elsewhere on the petition.

So you can actually start the application process online and enter all your information.  It will ask you all your timeline info, marriage date, green card info, foreign travel, etc, and then tell you when you are eligible to apply for citizenship.

Of course your trips are not an issue. Under 6 months it is ok+ ties(more or less). Between 6 months and 1 year , so so but still ok as long as you kept the ties with the US. More than 1 year, you need a reentry permit.

Yes, March 20, 2021 is the date, but you can apply 90 days prior to that, so your window will open soon assuming you meet all the residency requirements.  Do not apply too early.  The 8 months out of the country should not be an issue, but you need to look at all the residence requirements.

    Good Luck!

Esya reacted to Coco8 in PLEASE HELP!!! Is this considered to be a public charge?
Yes, that's why I said it was a separate issue and OP is likely getting confused. He/she can even apply to scholarships funded by the government as well. Many government departments, like Education, have several that are for residents or US citizens. ☺️ Government aid or pell grants are not included in public charge determinations; though higher education institutions have said that there is a lot of confusion and people might not apply thinking that they cannot.

Strictly speaking, she can be the sole sponsor.
Often they will want to see an I-864A from a spouse who files jointly with the sponsor, though.

    hi

if the do taxes together, they might ask your dad to file the i864A. the petitioner files the i864. the spouse files the i864A as her household member

    I-864W no longer exists.

I-864 for a primary or joint sponsor.
I-864EZ is a "simpler" version of the I-864 that some people qualify to use. Nobody is required to use the EZ form.
I-864A for a household member joining their income/assets with an I-864 sponsor.

I just received an email saying that my I-751 petition was approved and they sent me an approval notice. Is it really done now? Or are they transferring it? Shouldn't be saying that the new card is being made if it's approved? Thank you!

A lottery entry is just a lottery entry, it’s not intent. And a tourist visa is the only option for a visit.

No, it doesn’t. Immigrant intent is only established if you are (a) selected AND (b) fill in a DS260.

Probably not, the chances of winning ae very low, as long as she has a good case then a Tourist Visa would be the obvious route.

It could - that does show she has had immigrant intent.
The previous visa requests won't affect an IR petition.

Its important to keep in mind not just the requirements to petition but what it will actually cost in reality with healthcare for older parents etc.

There can't be such requirement, because the amount of money needed depends on where in the US you will be staying and what you are planning to do.

That sounds reasonable, obviously some people have much higher standards than others and that could be considered derisory.

It doesn’t matter if you are using Mac or PC.
Choose Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat / Acrobat Reader > Preferences (Mac OS).
From the Categories on the left, select JavaScript.
In the JavaScript Security panel uncheck to disable JavaScript completely.

If this doesn’t help you can also open the form in google chrome and it lets you edit it.
