Esya reacted to Chancy in I-130 form question
Leave blank or put "N/A" for travel document.
Enter info about all her children, including you, even if your info is repeated elsewhere on the petition.

The tax transcripts from your spouse are fine.

Esya reacted to aratamorne in Am I able to apply for naturalization yet?
So you can actually start the application process online and enter all your information. It will ask you all your timeline info, marriage date, green card info, foreign travel, etc, and then tell you when you are eligible to apply for citizenship.

Esya reacted to H.Angy in Am I able to apply for naturalization yet?
Of course your trips are not an issue. Under 6 months it is ok+ ties(more or less). Between 6 months and 1 year , so so but still ok as long as you kept the ties with the US. More than 1 year, you need a reentry permit.

Esya reacted to Dashinka in Am I able to apply for naturalization yet?
Yes, March 20, 2021 is the date, but you can apply 90 days prior to that, so your window will open soon assuming you meet all the residency requirements. Do not apply too early. The 8 months out of the country should not be an issue, but you need to look at all the residence requirements.
Good Luck!

Esya reacted to Coco8 in PLEASE HELP!!! Is this considered to be a public charge?
Yes, that's why I said it was a separate issue and OP is likely getting confused. He/she can even apply to scholarships funded by the government as well. Many government departments, like Education, have several that are for residents or US citizens. ☺️ Government aid or pell grants are not included in public charge determinations; though higher education institutions have said that there is a lot of confusion and people might not apply thinking that they cannot.
Here is a list https://www.uscis.gov/news/public-charge-fact-sheet

Esya reacted to geowrian in Please help! What type of I-864 form is needed?
Strictly speaking, she can be the sole sponsor.
Often they will want to see an I-864A from a spouse who files jointly with the sponsor, though.

Esya reacted to aleful in Please help! What type of I-864 form is needed?
hi
if the do taxes together, they might ask your dad to file the i864A. the petitioner files the i864. the spouse files the i864A as her household member

Esya reacted to geowrian in Please help! What type of I-864 form is needed?
I-864W no longer exists.
I-864 for a primary or joint sponsor.
I-864EZ is a "simpler" version of the I-864 that some people qualify to use. Nobody is required to use the EZ form.
I-864A for a household member joining their income/assets with an I-864 sponsor.

Esya got a reaction from JayDGODITRUST in I-751 December 2019 Filers
I just received an email saying that my I-751 petition was approved and they sent me an approval notice. Is it really done now? Or are they transferring it? Shouldn't be saying that the new card is being made if it's approved? Thank you!

Esya reacted to SusieQQQ in Please help!
A lottery entry is just a lottery entry, it’s not intent. And a tourist visa is the only option for a visit.
-
Esya reacted to SusieQQQ in Please help!
No, it doesn’t. Immigrant intent is only established if you are (a) selected AND (b) fill in a DS260.
-
Esya reacted to Boiler in Please help!
Probably not, the chances of winning ae very low, as long as she has a good case then a Tourist Visa would be the obvious route.
-
Esya reacted to Just Paul in Please help!
It could - that does show she has had immigrant intent.
The previous visa requests won't affect an IR petition.

Esya reacted to designguy in Income requirements question
Its important to keep in mind not just the requirements to petition but what it will actually cost in reality with healthcare for older parents etc.
-
Esya reacted to Marieke H in Please help!
There can't be such requirement, because the amount of money needed depends on where in the US you will be staying and what you are planning to do.
-
Esya reacted to Boiler in Please help!
That sounds reasonable, obviously some people have much higher standards than others and that could be considered derisory.
