My filing date is Oct 5 It just says it is under normal processing time - cannot contact USCIS before Nov 5 Another case that I filed on same day, went to Texas SC and it was cleared in mid July just don't know what's going on

Hello everyone Does anyone know why the cases are not moving forward in California service center? I am watching the timelines on visa journey every day and California service center just doesn't move, Is there a backlog or is it just that people are not updating their timelines / reporting here?

Since it was submitted online, the bottom just says "National Benefits Center" Service center is not mentioned. -
Hello all I had submitted my parents petition online in Sept 2021. My mother's petition got approved in July 2022 however my father's petition has no response yet. 1. how to find out which service center is managing the case. The receipt says "National Benefits Center" 2. how to request USCIS to look into it 3. how to ensure that both the parents get interviewed on same date.

I have been watching the timelines for i130 on this platform. It hasnt moved ahead since a few weeks Any idea why? I have filed i130 for my parents, filing date 05/10 21 1 case is in Texas & another one on California Anxious to call parents. Please suggest if you have any inputs or insights
