Hello everyone, 
We are almost there, finished my medical yesterday and praise God I have passed my medical exam, all in one long day..... 
 
Next is interview on June 4, but in between is prepping for all things I need to bring any thoughts? Or copy of common lists to bring is much appreciated..... God bless all....

Yup this is what it should say if your case is complete. "At NVC" and then after interview is scheduled it should read "In Transit" or "Ready"

I just called NVC to check and they said my case is complete and next step is the wait for an interview date.

If you don't receive any instructions to use it, you won't use it.  It really is that simple.  If anything ever asks for it, you have it.

You still have one week more hehehe yeah I do not think so why she would say it if it is not real and beside it should be other way around but she was just being honest does not want to use their spiel of 6weeks to 11 weeks lol ....3-6weeks is normal,right...

I spoke to NVC representative coupleshe days ago she said usually it takes upto 3 weeks... but normally between 7-14days after the scan date they should be done reviewing it, she spilled the beans... for those who are not cc immediately,perhaps it was done being reviewed but not updated fast due to backlogs or for some  reason.... that Is why I preferred calling them constantly or emailing, I dont want to be dormant and the case will be procastinated.....

Update: Woke up to an email from NVC this morning. IV finally opened up! Paid it right away. I really needed some good news!

We will definitely send ours ahead too ,well they told us to do so but yeah I know one filer who became a friend and consultant of good will hehehe did that as well aside from you hehehe.... Apparently when I called they said iv fee is system generated usually 2days upon ds-261 done with the review... I still have tom. We will see if I will bug them again with my calls just kidding hehehe.....

So apparently to get an invoice for Iv fee the ds261 must be reviewed by their representative which according to their spiel takes one week upon submitting.
In my case it is my one week called the center and it was explained explicitly why it is not accessible then blessedly the agent offered to review my ds261, by the way no third party agent for us it is easy for them to check then he said wait for the invoice & check my email usually takes upto 2days to be accessed so counting on it,hmmm it will be 9days or onwards... no biggie....
But just my point is upon knowing it, I tried to find and read some forum here from the past filers which people actually get their iv fee accessible soon enough after submitting ds261&pay aos because they call to ask the representative to do the review for ds261 couple days they get iv fee hmmmmm if only I have known....this message perhaps goes to future filer who has no clue like me to save you time .
May2 -mcn via call (completed ds261-right away)
May3- towards midnight paid aos
May4-7 status is "on process" (including weekend-no business)
May8 status changed to "paid" then call the center to ask, they offered the review part though....
