The whole process is nerve racking until the card is in hand! Good luck hope it comes soon!  

We had our interview in Charlotte on Tuesday, Sept 24, and had a similar experience.  I wonder if you had the same officer we had, last name was Tackett I believe.  He was very friendly and asked nothing about us at all except those standard questions from the form, after the interview he told us we had a 99.9% chance of approval but his supervisor did the final approvals, so we assumed he might have been newer. But I was nervous how long that would take, our status changed the Friday in the middle of the night to case approved and we received my card end of last week.

Just left the CLT office from our interview and was APPROVED!!  Pretty simple process. Went thru metal detector and the only thing we were asked for was the appointment letter by 3 different people including the interview lady. They asked for both of our driver licences at front door and for my passport in the interview. Wife was never asked anything ever other than to take the oath. They checked my finger prints and went thru the I485 questions and she said she would approve me today or tomorrow. Then we said don’t you want to see our wedding pics. She said yes and we chatted for another 10 minutes. Total time 25 minutes and very chill. 

Good luck in your interview tomorrow! It would be awesome if you could post an update of how it goes and if there is any specific documents asked for or preparation that we should do.  Our interview is next Tuesday.

Heyyyy!!! Mine did too! I’m also in Charlotte NC. I filed 4/16/19

We received the notice that interview was scheduled on Aug 14th and received the letter today and the interview is for 1 month from today on September 19th in Charlotte! As for what to bring there i a list of what to bring on the letter they send you.  Hope that helps!!

Super exciting! I am Charlotte as well, filed March 29 so praying mine comes any day!

Oh wow that changed a lot I feel like, but that’s awesome I’m less than 30 days away from being able to contact them and ask. Hopefully doesn’t change!
