We received the rfe letter from uscis May 4, we sent our response May 10. They have updated that uscis received our response May 18. After that, no more update ugh!

We already marked 1year and 5days from filing up to this date. 

And got received an email from UsCIS that there is still no update since they received our response for the RFE. 

I salute you @KBA for being so optimistic in this entire process. 

Sad truth, we have nothing to do but wait and have faith that sooner or later we will get throug this.

Our rfe update was first heard by my fiance from the immigration officer and the new website updated our case more than a week after.

Sounds like you are in your way now with the process so that’s great! All the calls and inquiries I have made so far have been useless. I submitted an inquiry to the Ombudsman in February and as of Friday they still haven’t assigned it to anyone. Just hoping we hear something by the one year mark! 

Remember that we are all here praying with you!

I know you will get that positive response from USCIS very very soon.

Hopefully to receive that today! Yes, we sure will keep you updated what's in the letter they are asking from us. Let's just keep ourselves busy and stay away from over thinking things out.

We are still waiting too! Waiting for the rfe letter from USCIS and it's been more than two weeks since they told my fiance about we were getting an rfe letter. Wondering what's the rfe we need to provide.

Don't worry we are right here with you! Hope you will also get an update, of course an approval on your case very very soon!

Plan B is always great! But never giving up is something even greater! Don't worry, we will conquer all these. IT'S just a test of time and distance how far we can go. 

Sooner or later, you will get an update. Your time will surely come. We are all here for you!

That sounds wonderful!

CR 1 is less hassle. Less paper works when the entire process is already done. And as what we have seen lately, processing time for k1and cr1 is almost the same. 

I would prepfer cr 1 too if i know how it works before we filed for k1.

I am from Philippines. As a Filipina i would be so proud to get married in front of the people who means a lot to me, my family and friends, specially my parents.

For sure, Rose will be so happy when that time happens and will be so proud to call you as her husband. 

You can do Direct Consular Filing once you get married. 

I have seen someone posted from here in our country Philippines did the DCF and got noa2 after 16 working days.

We were thinking what will be the rfe they are asking. We have included everything we think that is important before we sent the packet, we even use rapidvisa service. And they seems to be useless ☹️

UPDATE:

Fiance just got off on the phone with the USCIS and they told him that they sent the RfE letter on the 20th of this month.

I am happy to know that there's something they take action in our case.

Finally after almost 90 days RFE received.. There has not been an update anywhere. The notice just came today in the mail! My SR said on the 17th pending security checks. So patience is a virtue. Thanks God 🤗

Fiance called USCIS last night and the representative told him that he is not in the position to say anything about our case (like what???) 

He even told my fiance that can't even talk to tier2 as they have a bunch of calls to entertain. What a great response 😖

We will call again monday, hoping to get great news! Great news that we have been waiting for so long 🙏

Day 309. 39 days since RFE was received.

That's the answer we always got from them too. Day 313 since NOA1. Sent two online inquiries already. Called them plenty of times.
