OK, so family route is out. That is the biggest and easiest route so we are now down to very narrow and very difficult routes.
 
No, you don't speak to the embassy. They don't give visa advice or assist individuals with getting visas. They process the visa applications for people who are already qualified and sponsored. 
 
What work do you do? Remember that it will cost a company upwards of $10,000 to bring you and your family here so you have to ask yourself what you bring to the table that is worth them spending that. You would also be competing against the local workforce who cost the company nothing to start work there and who can start tomorrow. 
 
And here's another big question you need to consider. What is it you "love" about here? Whatever it is, you probably won't have that if you live here. Living here isn't all theme parks and cocktails by the pool. Cost of living is extortionate compared to the U.K. (I'm from the U.K. - moved here in 2016), annual leave is half what I had at home, no NHS means I am spending thousands a year on health insurance and co-pays/deductibles, utility costs are off the charts, car insurance is very expensive. Don't get me wrong, it's a great place and I am happy here but I'd be even happier if I had the time to enjoy it more and more of my hard-earned stayed in my wallet.

I-765 is still at Case was received.
My lawyer sent the Birth Certificate in English from Place of birth: Karachi, Pakistan. I spoke to my attorney and he said that was the 'extract' from Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC). I reside in USA.
 
No RFIE/RFE was asked when I-130 was approved though.
 
Can anyone advice on how I can obtain my Birth Certificate? Is it from a Consulate/Embassy in USA? NADRA? I see couple websites offering BC service.

Hi love! So I took the liberty of going into your profile and I saw that you are from Germany.
 
So what you can try to do is go to the I-94 home website, and instead of going for "Get most recent I-94" link, click on the link "View travel history" and key in your particulars and passport number there.
 
I had the same issue, so what is happening is we are from Visa Waiver countries and we enjoy one of the benefits that does not reflect in an I-94.
 
I hope that helps or at least makes sense. If this doesn't help, let me know.

I also entered the USA 5 times before I entered with a  K1  visa and everything was on my I 94 history. When did you enter the last time before you entered with the K1 Visa? Was  it a long time ago?  But don't worry, as long as you have  your most recent I 94 with the K1 on it  you should be fine. That is all you need for the AOS.

Happy Valentines Day!

I had my interview at the London embassy today and was approved pending the results of my medical (I called Knightsbridge and they should be there this week). 
 
Thank you everyone for the advice so far! There will be plenty more needed I'm sure.

Maybe mail addressed to you works for that if your parents write a letter stating your living with them in addition 

he can't leave the country or get the drivers license before he has an ead and ap. That takes about 90 days after filing which you can do after getting married. 
Also i think the process takes about 9 months so he can probably get to the US in October if everything goes well.. I wouldn't plan a wedding so early in the process

My fiancé forgot to sign that page as well but he filled in his name with a pen and not on the computer and the info we had on that paper was also on the g325.. So Idk if that did it but we didn't get a request for evidence
