Hello Guys. I’ve been busy since arriving here in the US for our church wedding at the same time for our AOS packet(not to mention getting my SSN). Jason and I had our civil ceremony the day after I arrived here then had our church ceremony just last Saturday February 9. Sharing with you all our special day..
 

Good to know that I’m not alone, the experience of going through at the airport was nothing more than a nightmare!! I will never wish that even on my worst enemy .. I’m still awaiting for my noa2 after rfe that was replied to In December .. I guess mine is a hard embassy to go to .. this process has been really hard on us since we haven’t met each other since 6 months now.. just hoping to be with him soon..

I have a similar situation as yours. I've had 5 years b1/b2 visas twice and I used to go to the states quite often. During my last trip, i stayed for a longer time than usual, but i didn't overstay my I-94. I tried going for summer vacation again last year to visit family, my fiance & meet his mom as well  but the CBP officer said he suspects I have a job in the US(which was false). He also added that he believes I'm coming to stay permanently and work in the US, so he  gave me the options of withdrawal of entry or a 5 year ban. I then agreed to the withdrawal of entry, B2 visa got cancelled and I got sent back to another country in Europe. 
Fortunately, my fiancé had previously visited me in my home country 2 months before I tried to return his visit in the states so we immediately started working on the K1 application since we had already planned on getting married in 2019. The petition got approved by the end of the year so we're now waiting for case number from NVC.
Therefore, I doubt the red flags would be that much of an issue especially if your relationship is genuine and you're honest when VO asks you questions about the previous red flags during the interview.

Interview is set for February 27, 2019. I will be flying there a few days ahead and will probably sit with her in silence during the interview. We got this  !!!!! 1 year and 2 months plus +++ later!!!!

Hello, it took around 3 weeks after we submitted our proof. What got us ...is that we didn't provide chat/call logs in the beginning. We got it approved and we are finally together forever in usa.

I know!! It’s frustrating... I’m glad we had our answer but still we have to wait  again! I know we are at the final stage but I just want this process to be over 💆🏻‍♀️. Keep your head up and Be Strong that you will get your NOA2 soon! 

Hi guys, just what to drop by and let you know that I'm going to get married tomorrow at the beautiful SF city hall. I've been here for 24 days and loving it so far. I love that we finally can spend time together and don't have to worry about leaving each other again or take one of us to the airport and thinking when we will see each other again.
 
For those of you who are still waiting to get your visa, I wish you speedy process so that you can be reunited with your loved ones!
