yes the lease is actually very detailed, with what is required of us to pay, amount, what is provided in the apartment etc. has both of our names on it and the date it went effective. 

how many photos should i go for? is it ok if its separate documents with our address? or we need one document that has both our names and addresses?

So people get married within the final days of the 90 period. You don’t have to have any paperwork in by then just be married by then. 

Submitted EAD request on 7/18 via phone; received snail mail letter requesting evidence of financial hardship 7/25; faxed evidence 7/30; received email 8/5 that card is being produced. We did not use anyone's assistance (lawyer, politician, etc.) Good luck to those who are still waiting. We feel very fortunate.

Thanks everyone, we called USCIS on Tuesday to inquire if our faxed was received. They told us someone would follow up within five days and then last night the status changed to: Card is being produced!

Just received the E Mail to say the card is in production. How long does it usually take to arrive in the mail?

Interestingly my Senators office called USCIS an hour before to chase the second expedite and BANG within an hour the card was in production!

Hi I’m in Vegas too! My status says the same , I didn’t receive any notices but that’s what it says when I checked the website 

Most yes. It means they don't need any further background checks or investigation, until the interview. Some people call it the "real wait". From there it might take 1 to uncertain amount of months depending on the field office.

You’re overthinking it  Look at a calendar the first Monday I count is the 18.  12 brings me to June 3.  (84 days) plus 3 gets you June 6.

I haven't submitted my response yet but I found a co sponsor. I have until early June, so I need to get this out quick. Can anyone help with what documents I need to include on the reply? 

They do see it as most of us doing AOS have already been on that journey with K1, I-130 etc. What is irritating is someone can’t express themselves without someone using the cut and paste ‘people from the year before have been waiting’ yes everyone is aware of that and it sucks but it doesn’t mean we can’t express ourselves with our own cases, we are all in the same boat, don’t need to make people feel bad.
