Our Story
My husband (then fiance) came over on a K-1 visa in December of 2016; we're still tangled in the immigration process. Started K-1 process 06/16 and was approved by 11/16. We married in 01/17. Started family-based AOS and filed for EAD in 03/17, got a RFE in 04/17, EAD received 06/17, AOS initial interview scheduled for 07/17 - currently pending reschedule due to cross-country move. (I'd put this all in a VJ timeline, but it kept giving me errors for the very correct dates I entered, so I gave up.)
