How does one prove they are a USCIS?

Evidence of intent MAY include signed STATEMENTS of intent.  Certainly not required to be in letter format.

Pictures?  Some of us didn't submit pictures of any kind with the petition.

A statement of intent to marriage from both is recommended.

Asking for parental permission?  They don't care.

You need to validate all your questions against official USCIS information and instructions. "I've heard" can be a really bad source of information,  right up there next to YouTube and Facebook.

Interviews are not done online, but require face to face interaction.  The pandemic had had a HUGE impact.

Your case wasn't transferred from Texas to California,  ALL I-129F petitions are initially assigned to California.   Don't confuse the lockbox with the service center.

The USCIS doesn't process k1 visas, only the i-129f petition.

In reality,  the USCIS isn't really the holdup, it is the consulates.

I don't care that they might be using a balikbayan branded box, it is not being shipping as a part of the balikbayan program.

VJ has several "partners" who are NOT immigration attorneys who have successfully taken hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals successfully through the entire process.
