    It would be very easy to behave so badly, that it makes it appear that the USC made the decision of the divorce, while her actions where provoking this most properly. Kind of a really devilish plan that uses people the worst way. Authorities are not stupid. This is a fraud case. She will not get a visa for her other husband and she might loose her citizenship. I am sure they can find lot of misrepresentation if they look back with current evidence. This kind of people make the visa process harder for all of us and you must be kidding by positing this story here.

    I hope your friend gets denied and USCIS starts an investigation to revoke your friend's citizenship. I hope as well if that happens she gets deported to where she came from, because people like her are the ones who make it hard for anybody who is genuine. And your friend is definitely not genuine.

    Simple solution would be to move to her ex and her child, one moving is easier than two and no issues.

    On form DS160, there's a part where it asks for "intended arrival" date. How would we even know?
    As of this point, we have no idea when how long it would take to the interview date and if it gets approved? 
    Does anyone have a suggestion on what is a good estimate?

    Finally received my case #
    What can I do right now besides just waiting?
     
    How long does it usually take to get to the consulate? Will they contact me once they have it?
