So we had an interview for GC yesterday and we was approved!! Emotionally exhausted but absolutely happy!! 🤩🤩🤩
Case status has changed to "card is being produced" in an hour after interview.
    San-Diego office

Interview took about 30 minutes. IO was friendly and calm, but asked a lot of questions.

First he asked us to show all original documents - passport, birthday certificate, marriage and divorce papers.

He didn't ask a medical exam, I've send just vaccination list.

Then was questions from I-485 form: names, addresses, date of birth, date when i came to US, all those criminal/terrorist questions.
Then he asked when I first time came to US, how many times I was here and where, what type of visa i used. When I've got my K1 visa and where, if I worked in US before during my stay

Then he started to ask my husband - how we met, some questions about his divorce, he took his divorce papers and attached them to case.
Asked him about his job, how we met first time, what we did my first visit.

To this time it started to look more as talking we both answered, he made notes in the case.

So other questions: when I came second time, if he visited my country, how long was my most long stay (I've stayed for 5,5 months before), how we engaged, about wedding, where we live now, why we use PO box for correspondence.

Then he asked what kind of joint papers we have - we has rent and insurances. He asked why we didn't make joint account, but for his bank we needed my SSN and I just got it 5 days ago so it our future step.
He said its ok, yes, some banks more care about documentaries and he knows that our bank works this way.

Then he looked through pictures - I've printed them on printer, two pictures on the list, about 25 pages - pictures from weddings, meeting with friends, with parents, from home and our travels and camping. He looked through all pictures, we made comments, and he took all pictures and attached to the case.

We also had a letter from friends, but he said he needn't it now. Also I had letter from friends with post stamps with congrats and stickers from amazon boxes with mu name and address on them - but never went through it)

Then he said that everything seems good, he just need to make one more background check and if nothing would out we would get a notification. Told about removal conditions and such things.

In an hour we've got notification that New card is being proceed!))
    Goood luck to everyone!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I've sent just vaccination list too and my interview will be at 18th Oct.

I've read here some experience.. Our medical exam not expired yet and formally we needn't to submit I-693 Form (what they asked for in interview letter). But some people got an RFE on interview because they didn't have this form though their medical exam not expired yet.

If to follow instructions - though we don't need to submit I-693 Form if vaccination was completed, anyway we still need to transfer our vaccination list (DS-3025) to I-693 by civil surgeon. Its cheaper than make new medical exam (cost 30-50 $) - they just fill part 9 of I-693 Form and put a sign and give you sealed envelope.

    So - two ways)
    1) you go on interview without this form and get or not get RFE depends on luck and if you get RFE so go to doctor and make what they will ask
    2) you go to civil surgeon and make vaccination transfer and bring the form in envelope on interview

So it's up to you. I just made a form - don't want to think about it)

I just had my AOS interview at the Raleigh NC field office. Went through the usual airport style security to waiting room and waited for our number to be called.

We got called in by a friendly officer. He told us he needed a copy of our marriage certificate because he couldn't find it, so I gave one to him. He asked me some basic biographical questions and some of the yes/no questions from the AOS packet. He said that since the K1 was done that it's already been shown relationship is real. He then asked how we met, when we decided to get married, and when we first met in person. We had nice little conversations with him just about everyday stuff throughout the interview. It seemed to have gone well. He didn't ask for anything else aside from the copy of the marriage certificate so I offered him the co-mingling evidence and he took it. He said that that would be important for the ROC. He told us that we would probably get a decision within the next couple of days.

The whole interview probably took about 10 mins.

For you to know German panel doctors don't release the medicals as well if you have even one vaccination missing.

It sounds you are the one who is offended here. People told you clearly go and do your waiver but no one can guarantee anything. It might work or might not. Read the link from the manul that I posted. There is all information you need to know about a vaccination waiver.  And yes I fail to see the connection between Russian corruption and USCIS. Russian government won't  have anything to do with the decision on your particular case or vaccination matter. Russian panel doctors follow uscis requirements. If the US embassy tells them not to send the medicals without vaccinations, they will follow.  When you call or go to the US embassy, that's where Russian influence ends. This is US territory and they follow their own rules even if they might have Russian speaking employees who answer you. If you are going to be that argumentative and agitated at the US embassy at your interview it won't serve you well. I merely gave you the info. You blew it out of proportion. I wasn't hostile to you.
By the way it's in many embassies they might be a bit rude to you because they have lots of applicants calling them and asking many questions. They might have a huge work load. And if you search here, you will find many people complaining about problems trying to reach USCIS representatives and getting rude or insufficient answers, not just in Russia but all over the world and even in the US. The immigration process is not always easy. But if you are calm and follow their instructions, it helps. So if they tell you to do the info pass, come and ask questions, it's in your best interests to do just it if you want to clarify this issue.
