Passport stamps and boarding passes are your best 2 forms of evidence. everything else is just a bonus.

We just included a signed statement of intent to marry within 90 days of arrival on the visa from the petitioner and the beneficiary. Chat logs are secondary evidence. Make sure you have proof of meeting within two years, pictures flight hotel receipts. Receipts with both names on them. Etc. Don’t include chats if you call each other “wifey or hubby” this can cause a denial as they would think you are too married for the K1 and not married enough for the CR1. The statements of intent to marry are fine.
 
what specifically did you say that would make it look like an arranged marriage?

Is the birth certificate in long form or the short one with just the city his name and his parents name.   I think they might be asking for the long form of birth certificate.  
 
Don't send the same evidence over again thats just risking it, call them if your not sure what the problem was.

Thanks for all the advice. I was able to import my car even though all the registered importers denied. I went to the CBP office in Seattle; and told them that my car did not have TPMS. They said as long as I can get it installed and provide them some paperwork they should be fine with it.
 
So I brought an after-market TPMS from Amazon and installed the TPMS in my car. Furthermore, I  wrote a self-declaration stating what I installed to meet compliance for TPMS. I also attached a bill of purchase and TPMS product description. Took all these docs and my car to CBP Seattle, and they imported my car.  
 

I don't think you need that and I would be very surprised if the consulate would do something like this but I may be wrong... 

Good luck, but your choices are very limited.  On average, as reported by other VJ members, Advance Parole is currently taking about 118 from NOA to approval.  I have seen other recent posters who have been waiting for 160 days.  Unfortunately, this is one of the downsides of a K-1.
 

Cancel or postpone your trip.  Those are your choices if you do not have AP to travel.  Emergency AP will not be granted for a vacation.

So you were right. Got it in the mail this morning... but  stupid me forgot the biometric fees!!!! so they returned everything back and I just went back to the post office and mailed it again with a new check.... :((((

My package was delayed in the mail (send on 23rd via USPS express and only delivered on 31st PM!).... now still waiting for NOA  
Hope it will come this week .... the wait is so long and starting to be worried. 

Just a quick update...  weirdly my package was "waiting for pick up Saturday" and well someone did pick it up and signed it on Sunday!!!!...
I would believe that they USCIS is not working today ( holiday for government offices) or Sunday but anyhow have to go with what I have.... crossing fingers!  Stay positive everyone!

If you are filling from K1 you have to pay $1,225: AOS + biometric... no need to pat AP or EAD if you file all at the same time.

Guys!! I got my hard copies (NOA 1) today!! 
Thise are our dates:
Package send: Jan 30 (UPS 2 days delivery)
Package recived: Jan 01
Checks cashed: Feb 09
Hard copies received by our lawyer: Feb 15
Hard copies received by us: Feb 16
Priority date on receipts: Feb 01
 
 

It only comes to $1760 if one files the I-130/A concurrently with the I-485.  If the applicant is adjusting from a K-1 then their total will be $1225.
