I filed head of household. You can do this if you have a qualifying dependent that is NOT your spouse.

For me it was within 3 weeks of being accurate. Got my approval 3 weeks after prediction.

She can also file head of household if she has another qualifying dependent that is NOT you. 

I called they said its accurate. And the guy said its because they updated the way they are doing the approvals. So we should see approvals flow in over next few weeks to match that date. They are catching up ......

Everyone on this site will warn you that you should thoroughly read the instructions before filing your petition. 

I believe you will need a different sponsor.Unless the assets and property are VERY generous and household size is small. To use property or assets it has to not be the sponsors only source of that asset. For example they wont count a car unless its the SECOND car owned by the sponsor. By second i mean they must own more than one and the one they use (the asset) cannot be their primary source of transportation. This is because if the affidavit is ever enforced they do not want to cause financial hardship to the sponsoring USC. Doing so may push them to get means tested benefits to survive. Thus defeating the whole purpose of the sponsorship.

I am in no way a expert. But once you file cr1 or any immigrant visa petition for her it MAY make it harder to come to USA on her B1/B2 visa Just something to think about.
