On the new form you have to list EVERY charge, arrest or citation, not just the major ones or '3 or more' they asked about on the old form. It is a pain, I have a few charges from 15 years ago in states I no longer live in. When I called the courts for records I was basically laughed at - they were all misdemeanors and no one keeps records that long. I sent explanations, still waiting to hear how this works out. My form was accepted for processing June 1st, so still plenty of time for them to request more information.
