Hey folks that have filed a Service Request! Did you get an immediate email that CONFIRMS your request? 
I didn't get anything after i called there regarding my  EAD but the lady on the phone had difficulties getting my email written down even though i perfectly spelled it to her several times. She said i should contact them again if i dont get a response in the next 30 days and gave me a case number. Can i use this number to check the process of my SR or is it just a reference for future inquiries?

Since a couple of weeks, i haven't been able to use VJ on my phone through safari as is keeps redirecting me to phishing sites after a short time.At first it works sometimes but when i try to click on a different forum or switch to next page of a topic it suddenly brings me to game sites or those one who tell you you've won an iphone etc. this only happens when i try to use VJ on my phone and it's the only website my phone does that on. Can i do anything to make it stop?

Oh! That's why your NoA was missing, makes sense lol. Mine is missing because it was overlooked. Not sure how long should I wait to file a second I765. Well, at least now you'll get for sure your i765 Noa. I wish I forgot to sign rather than being overlooked for over a month now 😂 Cheers and good hopes!! 

Also include a copy of your NOA from I-485 and you should be good!

Hi, try and call them on Monday to find out what is happening. I know a case of someone who had to call them before he got all his NOAs and biometric appointment. Meanwhile, they claimed they mailed them out and USPS didnt deliver any to him. Just try and call them to find out.

Amerikaner brauchen kein Visum um Deutschland zu besuchen. Die dürfen einfach einreisen. Also, wenn du die deutsche Staatsbürgerschaft aufgegeben hast und einen US Reisepass hast, müsstest du ganz normal nach Deutschland einreisen dürfen. Wüsste nicht warum es Fragen oder Probleme geben sollte!

I would recommend waiting a little bit... my case is similar to yours but I finally found out that they completely overlooked my form I765. I filed it the first week of August (3.8.17) and talked twice to the customer service agents about some mistakes they made (my misspelled name and the i765 omission, meaning that I never got any receipt notice for that form). I still need to wait some days for the email reply though (lockbox email) before filing a second i765. If they haven't answered by Monday I'll just re file that form again with all the other receipt copies. Just done with the biometrics today and the persons working there told me I may need to come back again (2 hours drive) for the other form. Although the customer service agent told me that sometimes they just take the fingerprints from the ones already done. Hopefully this just makes everything faster as I am in constant communication with UsCis because of these two mistakes  from their end. Lol. What you can also do and I did (and the agent did I think) is to look online your case number and add 1 number prior or after yours and see if maybe it's your same case, that's if you are already able to check it online.

Wow! That's overwhelming! Thank you for sharing your situation! The case number before mine is an I-130 and the one after me is another 485. That sucks... I might try to call them and see if they can tell me if they received the other ones or not.

Ja ich hab alles mehrfach geschickt. AOS, EAD und AP werden ja voneinander getrennt prozessiert und da kann mal was verloren gehen. Deswegen hab ich lieber fuer alle drei alles mitgeschickt. Ist vielleicht uebertrieben, aber ich wollte lieber sicher gehen

Hast du tatsächlich, wie in deiner liste, manches Evidence doppelt und dreifach mitgeschickt? Marriage license steht bei dir zB mehrmals drin?? ich hab alles nur 1x mitgeschickt.
 
@TearsOfBabylon ich habe in meinem package übrigens das I-131 vergessen, also das Advance Parole damit mann ausreisen kann bevor man das AOS bekommt. Das Formular ist optional aber ich dachte man kann automatisch wieder ausreisen wenn man das EAD hat....nope. Schicke es heute nach.

Ich hab die checkliste von VJ benutzt und mich dur die Instructions der jeweiligen Formulare gelesen. 
Habe wie hier empfohlen, eine Cover-blatt dazugelegt wo der ganze Inhalt aufgelistet ist (keine Ahnung ob das richtig ist/genügt, haben diesmal keine Hilfe vom Anwalt in Anspruch genommen, jetzt hab ich mega Sorge dass ein RFE kommt :-D ) :

Mir gehts voll gut! Haben letzte Woche standesamtlich geheiratet (große Hochzeit ist aber am 4.Nov).
Am Samstag haben wir einen 2. Hund adoptiert und ich bin gerade mitten im Chaos mit den AOS Formularen, werden heute zur Post gebracht. Das ist ganz schön viel Papierkram auf einmal!!

Wie @Special_K eins weiter oben schon geschrieben hat: Ich habs auch geschafft!  

Interview war am Dienstag - APPROVED!
Ich habs noch nicht so ganz realisiert, denk ich!  
Die Konsulin war sehr nett, und auch alle anderen, mit denen ich im Konsulat zu tun hatte. Kann also die Erfahrungen vieler vorher bestätigen.
Mein Termin war um 09:15, bin um 8:45 rein und um 10:30 war ich wieder draußen. Der ceac Status ist schon seit Mittwoch auf "issued", also dürfte ja der Pass bald kommen. 

Nun hab ich am 15. September meinen letzten Arbeitstag, düse dann am 18. nochmal in mein geliebtes Hamburg, und fliege von dort am 22. in die USA.

Vielen, vielen Dank nochmal für eure tolle Unterstützung und die vielen Tipps! Ihr habt mir bei jedem Blackout so gut weitergeholfen!

Kann gar nicht fassen dass ich jetzt schon fast einen Monat hier bin! Hab letzte Woche meine Social Security Card bekommen. Die Dame am Schalter hat mich gelobt dass ich VOR der heirat komme und nicht erst danach

Die Straßenbahnstation ist an einer kleinen Kreuzung. Direkt an der Kreuzung ist ein Kiosk und ein Blumenladen. Geht bei beiden! Ich weiss allerdings nicht wann die Büdchen aufmachen! Ich habe meine Sachen am Bahnhof eingeschlossen!
