You are choosing cost of care over quality of care?.........there are no standard costs in health care, unless you are covered by an insurance policy. Then, the costs are usually calculated by the Medicare/Medicaid rates.........but that all goes out the window for a private pay......which you are......

Thousands of Mainland Chinese and Taiwanese women come to the US and Canada to deliver anchor babies. There is a whole industry behind it, from coaching ladies how to secure visa and entry to envading bills.
Reminded me of one Taiwanese woman who already had two babies in America and coming here for the third and then went to labour whilst in the air, refused to give birth until plane entered alasaka airspace.

Seth And Quynh reacted to Going through in N-400 Denied
The fact that you fessed up during the N400 doesn't mean that they are under obligation to excuse what happened before.
You "did" commit misrepresentation/fraud by entering the States illegally with a fake passport in 1999
You *did* stay in the US illegally until 2003
You *did* commit misrepresentation/fraud a second time by omitting that information on the I-589 application in 2007
You *did* commit misrepresentation/fraud a third time by omitting that information on the i-485 application in 2010. (even though you told the IO at your interview, your application was submitted without full and true information, from what you've said in this thread)
Lawful presence of 3/5 years is a requirement to become a citizen, yes, but it's also a requirement that the GC was properly approved beforehand. It seems in your case it wasn't, and USCIS is just catching up to this now after reviewing your N400 application.

Seth And Quynh got a reaction from Coco8 in Very Happy With CR-1 Route 9 Months To Approved
I'm Extremely Happy how things turned out for me and my wife and how quick the process went, it only took 9 months to get her visa approved and i'm shocked that it took less time then attended. i heard the average case for CR-1 takes 12-14 Months, But we also got the Vermont Potomac service center so it went quickly there.

Seth And Quynh reacted to Springrain22 in New rules?? Help!!
I am totally happy with these new rules. More right amazing rules for the right immigration and right people. No more BS. Trump rocks, that's why I voted for him.

Seth And Quynh reacted to Scandi in New rules?? Help!!
I personally wish they will remove the option of being able to stay and adjust status for those who arrive on a tourist visa or esta. These people should apply for spouse/fiancé visas just like the rest of us.

Seth And Quynh reacted to sparkles_ in ages issues
All your proofs are small potatoes really. Rings, a week of time together, and photos galore in one of the hardest embassies around wont do much.
The answers to hard questions are going to make the weight of your approval or denial, that is my opinion. Is your wife also Muslim? If she is not, how does your family feel about this? How do you, her as well as your family feel about her maybe not being able to give you children? Do you two share a common language, French maybe? If she has children already how does your family feel about this? Why her and not someone from Morocco? Why not an older Moroccan woman? Did you have a formal engagement party? Did you have ANY engagement party to announce things rather than just telling people?
Just to name a few to keep in mind.

Seth And Quynh got a reaction from RO_AH in k1 or cr1
I would cr1 less paperwork and cost less, she can work and travel if she wants right away but it takes longer than a K1 Visa. Cr1 Visas from what I seen have a higher approval rate than k1 Visas overall.

Seth And Quynh reacted to The Nature Boy in Sessions rescinds DACA
If parents rob a bank, do the kids get to keep the money because they were innocent and had become accustomed to a lifestyle. Shocking to me on a website where so many members have spent so much money, time and heartache following the immigration laws, so many members advocate rewarding breaking the law . My in laws can not even come visit me, because they come from a country with high immigration fraud rates, but somehow stopping illegal immigration makes us racist toward Mexicans. Absurd. The world is upside down

clearly on 2nd page it says not recognized as bona fida marrige when not allowed in a state
you can think of moving to state where it is recognized like Tennessee or California or choose from many others
BTW Oak Ridge TN has the highest percentage of PHD's than any city in the US /hillbillies?????
